Casey's — Restaurant in Salina

I stopped at this facility to use the restroom around 9:30 PM on June 30, 2012. I was greeted upon entering by a nice young lady at the cash register who was not in the facility when I emerged from the bathroom. I wanted an iced coffee and proceeded to fill a cup of ice and when I got to the french vanilla iced coffee tap only a trickel came out. I told the lady, who was different from the young lady that greeted me upon my entrance and appeared to be a manager of some sort, and received some kind of an unintelligible grunt. I then tried the other flavor choice of mocha and barely filled the 16oz cup. I told this manager type person and was blown off with some comment that she would check in to the matter later. The older black gentleman that makes the pizzas won't start yours until you walk in to pick it up when your email says it ready. Then will make you feel bad when you expected it to be done. Asked when it would be done and says "there are other people that are hungry too". Talks to you very unprofessionally. Had issues with him many times and other cooks don't seem to have this issue. When you order just hope he's not working or you'll never know when your pizza will be done and if you simply ask when it will be done you'll be talked to like you're a child. Place order at 5, Promised time said 5:25 went in at 5:30 he just put it in and got the pizza at 5:50. Will be ordering at a different caseys...

I just came through the car wash and paid for top line inside and out cleaning including the hatchback. Not looking real close before leaving I found that when I got home the work was poorly done. The bugs that were on the front grill from my vacation trip were still there. The cup holders in the doors clearly had trash in them, Candy wrappers and hadn't been wiped off from the pop that had splattered. The seats still had food crumbs in the cracks.
