Spangles — Restaurant in Salina

My friend and I were traveling from out of town, and this has been one of the best fast food restaurants that I have eaten at, in a long time! The food, the staff, and the cozy environment were all so amazingly wonderful. I want to give a shout out to the lovely staff that was working and who took such great care of us. There was Bernice (the Opening Manager), Loni (the General Manager), and Lucas and Tyler who made us our scrumptious food!!! It was all so delicious and we loved the polite/welcoming atmosphere there. To the Spangles CEO, you have a great staff that is working here. I hope they are treated well and that they are making what they are worth. If not, they deserve a nice raise. Good people and workers are hard to find anymore. I have never eaten at a Spangles before last evening. Restaurant was clean. We went in at 10pm and the restaurant closed at 11. The employee Mickey was not friendly. A man of truly few words. We got our food and sat down at our table. Mickey then chose to sweep all around our table while we ate. Mind you there was nothing we had dropped and no one else in the establishment eating so it seemed a bit rude to hover around while we are taking a break from our long drive and eating our meal. In my fries there were chunks of cold burger. This wouldn't have bothered me but I had ordered chicken so not sure why there was beef let alone cold beef. Not a location I would...

My husband & I just ordered this evening around 5:30pm. There was no one else in line so our order which was taken correctly should have been made correctly. Look at your cameras to see that whoever is handling sandwiches is not putting them together. My husband's sandwich only had meat & cheese on it. And had the sandwich maker had their headset on they would have also heard what we ordered. We were too tired to go back to get it corrected. And we shouldn't have had to.
