Arby's — Restaurant in Salisbury

Place is still terrible gave it another chance tonight still the same young workers shitty attitudes acting like you’re bothering them by getting them to take your order when they actually do take your order instead of standing around staring at you for 10 mins. When I finally got my food it was ice cold when they handed me the bag. Don’t even tell them it’s all cold. They’ll blow a fuse. This place clearly leaves everything sitting out and serves you old cold food clearly these people never make anything fresh for the past 2 years it’s like this. And the sweet tea tasted sour like it’s weeks old. Roast beef was off-white thick cut and tasted awful. Definitely will not be back here again. Clearly the manager doesn’t care about this place for it to be ran this way. Was so much better before they brought in all these young people who have terrible customer service skills and can’t make fresh food. Went into this location yesterday at 4 pm and the drink station area was NASTY!!!! Had several dried patches of different sodas that were left on the counter by customers, and your staff never checks this area for cleanliness???? It was so bad I didn't even want to set my drink cup down to put the lid on and then take home. This area was a germ infested area. And the establishment was not busy. Only one customer in the place. So why isn't your staff cleaning the areas where customers use? I worked fast food for nearly 5 years. And when business was slow, we cleaned. Always made sure surface areas were clean. Arby's needs to adopt this same business practice. Because if you leave food/drink lying around, instead of cleaning up, you will attract rodents, roaches, and other crawling creatures. They are definitely dropping the ball at this location. There are too many options near the Centre at Salisbury to get fast food that are better than what my sister and I received. We got the Brisket sandwich, which we've had before, that had one onion string on each sandwich, was super flat (hardly any meat on it)1 and was cold. The fries were old, burnt, and cold. It was not good or even mediocre. It was ridiculous that they served something like this for the prices they charge, $10 for a meal. I am not sure who's running that place, but they need to close for a day, retrain everyone, clean the place, and put someone in who isn't going to skimp on product.
