I visited the McDonald's restaurant to obtain a quick meal for my children. Upon entering, I noticed a sign indicating a 30-minute time limit for lobby usage, which I found somewhat impolite. Proceeding further, I encountered another sign regarding bathroom usage. When I reached the cash register, I was informed that $100 bills were not accepted, which I found puzzling considering the potential for customers to spend a significant amount at the restaurant.
The overall atmosphere was rather unpleasant. The individual taking orders at the cash register seemed to have difficulty understanding English and made several errors in processing my order. Despite my efforts to repeat the order clearly, the order was still incorrect when I went to collect it. The cashier's response was that I had not been charged for the incorrect item, which did not address the underlying issue.

Read moreBeing so close to this McDonald's, you would think more times than not that your food and service would be excellent but after our last few trips we have decided to take a break from this McDonalds. As a family of five, I know it's maybe a lot to ask for your order to be right but having experience in customer service, it's the small things that people appreciate. 90% of the time when I order a happy meal, they forget the drink. I ordered 4 fries and one was completely upside down and they were luke warm at best. The triple cheeseburger was basically smashed. They also provided usbwith no sauce and all together we had 26 nuggets. As a whole, the whole fast food experience seems slower and less customer friendly. I'm not one to just say negative things, I truly wish for people to see this and want to do better. We won't be back anytime soon so I hope if we do come back...
