I usually don't leave reviews on fast food restaraunts because it's fast food. I don't really expect much in terms of quality, taste, and customer service.
However, this is the worst experience I ever had at a fast food restaurant. That speaks volumes because I get better service at Cook Out and Popeyes which are known for rude employees.
I placed my very simple order at 8:46pm . I ordered a $5 dollar biggie which contained a Jr. Bacon cheeseburger , honey mustard , and Sprite . No one was working the 1st window and I know this because I sat at it for approximately 8 minutes and no one even looked in my direction. I then moved to the second window once the car in front of me was served.
The woman (manager/supervisor)working the window and apparently taking orders said ," Sorry all we have are sugar cookies." I told her that's fine because I didn't order cookies . She then looked confused and asked me what I ordered . I told her and she started looking through her overhead expedite screen. She then said that she doesn't have my order . I just said ,"Okay" because what am I really suppose to say to that? So I then tell her what I ordered again and she starts to look out the window towards the back of my car.
I told her that no one was at the first window because I thought she was going to tell me that I should have paid there. But no, she had the audacity to tell me that I skipped the line.
I said ,"What do you mean?" I waited in line and talked to someone through the intercom and told them my order . Additionally, this particular Wendy's drive through is too narrow to squeeze in front of another car. She then gets argumentative and tells me that she was taking orders the whole time.
I tell her once again that I've been in line the whole time. She then asked for my order again. At this point another employee comes over to listen to the commotion.
The supervisor/manager had an attitude then turned around and started speaking in Spanish to the other employee.
The manager walks away without giving me my Sprite . Eventually I recieved my food from the other employee and then I had to ask for my sprite .
Overall, this was a horrible experience. Upper management should be wiser about the leaders they select. They can make or break your business. Leaders should hold themselves accountable for their mistakes instead of blaming the customer. That's a horrible quality to have in a leader. A simple apology would have sufficed. Do better lady(manager) and do better Wendy's.

Read moreI arrived at about 10 pm on friday september 3rd to pickup an ubereats delivery. I waited over 2 minutes at the speaker and no one spoke. I then drove up to the 1st window and said I was there for ubereats. The lady asked rudely if I said that at the speaker, to which I told her that I didn't hear anyone greet me. She looked annoyed but said you're all good, which I assumed meant to pull up to window 2. When I got to window 2 I waited several minutes. I saw one lady about to open the window but she was then grabbed by the arm and ushered away by another woman. It seemed I was purposefully getting ignored, but why? I waited several more minutes and noticed that they started serving guests their food BEHIND me at the 1st window. They would then drive right around me and leave. The most ridiculous part was one lady who, after receiving her food behind me, rolled down her window and said "Sir, you must have lost your mind" before rolling away. I can only assume that the wendy's staff was telling people that I was being difficult and blocking the line, when really I was just waiting for a delivery order. I had to eventually drive away and cancel the order, having NEVER been greeted at the 2nd window. I lost 13 dollars for cancelling my delivery thanks to wendy's. The people working that night (see above) had poor communication and customer service skills, and were downright rude and hateful towards me. They badmouthed me to the other customers, who then turned angry enough to roll down their window and yell at me. I'm just glad I didn't get accosted by someone angrier. These staff should be fired. Wendy's has just lost a lot of ubereats business, as I will never deliver for them again, nor will my multitude of friends and connections I've made doing ubereats after I tell them...

But the cake topper was today I took my daughter in for an interview because I needed to be in Salisbury any way for a bit. My daughter waited for 2hours and was told multiple times by the cashier that she was coming. After the 2 hour mark I went in because I now needed to head somewhere else and didn’t want to leave her stranded if she were to get the interview… fat chance but any way, when I went in stood there for 10mins looking at the menu pretending to be interested hoping I wouldn’t have to yell back into the kitchen, trust me at this point I was keeping time. After the 10 min mark hit I said loudly but politely can I ask you guys something? The lady at the fry station said sure what’s up? I said what has your manager been doing for going on more then 2 hours now, lady at the station where the order is but together said what with an attitude and took her head set off so I repeated myself louder because yes I know how loud a kitchen can be I have experience in all areas of a kitchen from fast food to fine dining, done them all. Turns out the lady who got rude with me was in-fact the manager who while I waited to be asked if I could be helped had plenty of time to look at her phone and text people back and never once acknowledged me. Said something about being short staffed which I understand, I continued to say well that could have been said to my daughter who has been very patiently out here for 2 hours that you were understaffed and would see her when you could. Not that you are on your way. She got even more rude and disrespectful with me, started slamming stuff around and swearing at me.
