Went to Trio 2 nights ago, and it was good, but not quite as excellent as I remembered. First of all, the cocktail I had, the Mountain Mule, was delicious! The combo of peach vodka and ginger beer was even tastier than I expected. I ordered rosemary flatbread to start, and here again I was not disappointed. The bread was warm and chewy, and the combo of balsamic, onions, and goat cheese was divine! However, I found my options lacking for entrees. The only vegetarian option was spaghetti al pomodoro ... not something I would ever order out. I got two small plates instead. The mushroom polenta was also very tasty, with cheese and a smokey tomato sauce. Honestly, I would have loved a full-sized one for my entree. I also ordered maple-glazed carrots, which showed up as a plate filled with over 20 heirloom carrots! I liked the idea here, but most of the carrots were so crunchy that I had trouble spearing them with my fork, and some of them even still had some gravel in the tiny tuft of greens left at the top. I would be willing to overlook this and give 5 stars anyway, but my boyfriend was pretty disappointed about his carbonara dish, and my friend said her shrimp Alfredo was "ok." All in all, the food was pretty good, but I expect a little bit better for the money. The ambiance was very nice, and our server was super friendly and helpful! Overall, again, I had a good experience, but the food just needs a few improvements. Oh, and the crème brûlée was FANTASTIC! 10/10 would eat again. Any time, any day.

food quality: 4/5 service: 4/5 cleanliness: 4/5 value: 4/5 Tried Trio for the first time and it was ok. When we sat down and ordered our drinks, it was about 30 minutes before they came back with them, which was much longer than expected. It didn’t seem like they were understaffed, because when the drinks finally came out, there were 3 servers that came out to serve them for our group. I went to wash my hands in one of the bathrooms and it felt like there wasn’t any type of maintenance done for a while. The floor was wet, countertop had water all over and the waste basket was over flowing. We ordered the Lemon Chicken Salad, burger, and the Bolognese. The salad was ok and had a small chicken breast on top that was more on the dry side - didn’t really expect anything more than that to be honest. The burger was good, nothing outstanding. The bolognese was pretty under-salted, which is a shame because the flavor on the sauce and the noodles were decent. Overall, it was nothing more than a mediocre experience.

Very cute Cafe :D the way the restaurant faces has a scenic view. The coffee was wonderful! Not so dark...more like a mild medium taste. My daughter had the cheese pizza and she ended up eating 6 slices! She's pretty picky and sometimes picks off the pizza, but this time she went straight for it without picking at it. The rosemary flatbread was delicious! I recommend it as an appetizer. The spaghetti was alright. I felt like they needed something with the flavor. For the tart, oh man! Rich and creamy 😋 all around good food :) I would've gave it five stars but the waitress we had made me feel unwelcomed and unimportant. It took forever for her to come and help us. My coffee was constantly getting cold after each cup and it took a while to get our glasses filled. They made the table for two, but I ended up taking my daughter and they didn't offer to get her a napkin, plate, or silverware and the waitress forgot her drink. All around I had a negative vibe... I didn't tip her well because you get what you give.

TRIO - Where Hospitality Shines Bright After a disappointing encounter at another restaurant, our hopes for a memorable celebration were dwindling until we stumbled upon TRIO. Despite our large party of 14, Cindy, the gracious hostess, not only found a way to accommodate us but welcomed us with open arms for my wife's birthday celebration. From the moment we were seated, it was evident that TRIO was a cut above the rest. The service was exceptional, with attentive staff members catering to our every need. Despite the bustling atmosphere, they made us feel like valued guests, ensuring that our celebration went off without a hitch. And then there was the food – an absolute delight for the senses. Thanks to TRIO, what started as a disappointing morning turned into a celebration to remember. Their unwavering hospitality and outstanding cuisine not only saved the day but also left a lasting impression on all of us. We'll definitely be returning to TRIO for future celebrations and dining experiences.

The first time we came here, everything was great! Food was perfect, we waited a reasonable amount of time for our food. The second time, our server forgot about us, and we waited ~45 mins for our food, even though there were only 3 other groups dining in the restaurant. The third time, we waited ~45 mins for our food, though this was a busy time. And this would have been fine if our food had been good, but, sadly, it was not. My boyfriend’s egg sandwich was burnt and extremely salty, and the potatoes that came with my omelette were not seasoned. As of now, we have been waiting for our check for 20 mins. We really loved this place the first time, but it’s gotten progressively worse each time we visit. I do not think we will be returning in the future:(
