Walking into her newly opened Viso Bespoke Aesthetics space in Salt Lake City, her personality shines through in its appealing design and how it functions. It is light-filled, stylish, comfortable, private and makes you want to linger there.

Inna, and her medical assistant, Katie Palcher have worked together for more than 16 years. When I was first introduced to them at the Gateway, 10 years ago through one of my best friends, I was still undecided as to whether I was going to try Botox, Dermal Fillers and/or PDO threads.

My mirror wasn’t lying though. The past year or so prior I had noticed I was looking a bit more tired and the fine lines/wrinkles around my eyes and on my cheeks were becoming more prominent.

My first meeting with Katie and Inna was really easy and informative. The didn't make me feel rushed. They took a genuine interest in me as a person, wanted to know the aspects of my daily life and most importantly what would make me happier with my facial appearance.

Because Inna and Katie are both such astute listeners, their approach to achieving beautiful results for their patients lies is their keen ability to uniquely translate what the patient is saying into an actionable cosmetic enhancement plan. (And sometimes I have found them saying, "Yes, I understand why you are asking about ..., but no, you shouldn't do that because ... ") Love that!

Inna has an extremely high knowledge of facial anatomy and tissue structures, as well as injection approach options. She has the eye of an artist and mad patience when it comes to completing her work. You will find Inna's restraint in her use of products will ensure that your outcome will be better than you ever imagined and so natural.

And back to Katie! Katie is like icing on the cake! She is diligent in her post-care follow-ups and so easy to work with on any other appointment logistics or issues. They are the dream team.

I had the pleasure of having another training with Inna yesterday afternoon, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! I cannot say enough great things about Inna and Katie at Viso. In over 20 years of getting aesthetic treatments, I have never felt more genuinely cared for. Both are incredibly knowledgeable, thorough, and honest... and they recommend only what you truly need rather than pushing unnecessary treatments.

After having my lip filler dissolved, I was impressed when they gave me Zyrtec for swelling instead of the typical branded ice packs I’ve received at every other place. That thoughtful and straightforward touch said everything about the level of care here.

My primary concern for treatment was my “Spock” eyebrows, and Inna took the time to carefully explain exactly what needed to be done to correct them, and it wasn’t at all the approach I would have been told elsewhere. That expertise and transparency immediately earned my trust.

I left my appointment so happy that I called my mom right away to rave about Viso, and she’s already planning to book with Inna when she visits for the holidays.
