Alta View Apartments — Local services in Salt Lake City

We haven't been living here very long but so far..we love it!!! We moved from Cottonwood Heights (Santa Fe apts.) They are a large apt complex. The grounds were really taken care of and that's the only good thing. Bad management and maintence was without a doubt, the worst! I love the vibe of City View Apts. Yes they are old but that's part of charm. Jeremy was the manager that showed us around and rented to us. He is amazing and so helpful! I will take this small charming apt. complex anyday over the Santa Fe Apts. We love it!!! ( Our friend & neighbor from Santa Fe moved here 1st, introduced us to these apts, and now my best friend is leaving Santa Fe to move in...

Apartment 6 is a nice, cozy place to relax and rejuvenate. The open floor plan is spacious and efficient. The full kitchen has the basic tools needed to save a bit by eating in. A washer and dryer are handy, too. The bathroom is small but adequate. Wi-Fi and large flat screen TV allow all the connectivity to do work or entertainment. The bed is comfortable, and the 2 minisplit HVAC units work great.

On the downside, the steps to this apartment are kind of narrow, and you need to pay careful attention. Also, the upstairs apartment has creeky floors, and you hear it.. especially at night (when trying to sleep)

I have lived in a lot of apartments and dealt with a lot of property managers and these are by far the worst. I put a deposit down on an apartment ended up changing my mind and requesting a refund of the deposit. Thank God I did. I waited 4 months for the deposit to just be refunded. In order to even get this refunded I had to call, text, and come in person to the apartment complex several times over the course of the fourth months.
