First they do not deliver anymore. They are yet another company that now uses DoorDash (along with all the problems with them). I called because the delivery was late. "Thats not our problem, its DoorDash's problem". I said it was a bit odd that the delivery driver in the picture was clearly a female, but it was a male that showed up to deliver the food. Again the Pizza Hut rep said "Thats not our problem". I said I rejected the order because if its not the proper delivery driver, I can not trust the safety of the order. Magically Pizza Hut said "they dont have my CC on file so they cant refund me". The person I spoke with said they havent had delivery drivers for over 2 years, which is a lie because I used to work with someone from this very store a few months ago who said to call them and they will send the order out with their driver... Not to mention I have had their own drivers deliver within the last few months. The mere fact that they "dont have a way to refund the order" is also very shocking. ZERO accountability with this company. Im sure they will be yet another company to go out of business thanks to DoorDash. If its not for the people who refuse to order from them because of DoorDash, it will be from the refunds or replacement of food they will have to provide...

First, they didn't pick up the phone, or would put me on hold for 5-10 min at a time without so much as a greeting. This happened several times, because they kept telling me they wouldn't deliver and sent me to other stores. When they sent me to a 2nd store they even lied to me by saying I was on hold for so long because they called to confirm that was the correct Pizza Hut. They hadn’t, and it wasn't. After a half an hour of this nonsense I finally talked to someone at Sugarhouse who knew I was in their delivery zone. Then when I tried to order they told me they never heard of the Pretzel Piggy. I ordered something else, but called back within a minute when I realized the Pretzel Piggy was now called the Bacon Spinach Alfredo. I was assured the first charge was voided, but they delivered both with 2 separate receipts. I sent the cancelled one back and hope they actually remove the charge on my card. The Bacon Spinach Alfredo wasn't even made correctly (no pretzel crust and one tiny blob of balsamic in the middle). If you live in Sugarhouse and must have food delivered, call someplace else....
Read moreI spent over $20 on a pizza that was completely burnt around the edges and missing the toppings I ordered. The drive there was a hassle with all the traffic, and my pizza was taped up, so I decided not to open it until I got home.
Additionally, their website states that their huge cookie is supposed to be cut into 8 slices, but when I opened it, all I found was a plastic knife to cut it myself. While that part didn’t upset me as much, the fact that I paid over $20 for a burnt pizza with missing toppings did.
If they were out of the toppings I ordered, a simple call would have been appreciated—they had my phone number and email.
I spent a little over $33 for a large pizza, a cookie, and a 2-liter Pepsi, only to be met with this disappointment. Please take my advice and don’t waste your money here. It’s not worth the trouble and disappointment. I read some reviews before ordering and it seems they frequently forget toppings, which was indeed my experience, along with receiving a pizza that was completely burnt around the edges.
