Starbucks Coffee Company — Restaurant in Salt Lake City

It’s a grocery store Starbucks so obviously it’s not going to be that cozy. The food and drink were what you expect from a Starbucks. The employees were super rude and honestly just too busy with their phones and talking to each other to do their job. It took a minute for them to take my order because they were talking to each other. I ordered a drink and a sandwich and it took a few minutes for the drink but 35 minutes for my sandwich. Other guest that came long after me were served and I just waited. After the staff already being unkind I was too nervous to speak up. They finally heated up my sandwich and when they called me up for it they said they just forgot about it. With other Starbucks locations being close it’s worth stopping at a different location or supporting the smaller coffee...

the baristas are extremely rude snarky and judge mental and made me feel bad for getting highly caffinated espresso and a couple pasteries. they made rude comments to me about my drink and kept gossiping loud enough for me to hear while i waited. they also were very rude about me using gift cards, i only went to starbucks becuase i wanted to rid myself of the cards, not because i wanted to be treated as a subhuman.

Just because someone is visably different does not mean it's ok to be rude snarky or judge mental. i usually don't write reviews but i genuinly almost cried from how they treated me.

After going to 3 different Starbucks for a oatmilk drink, that all are out of stock. I figured go to a Starbucks in a grocery store where there is lots of oatmilk. The lady at the grocery store Starbucks says there is a shortage of oatmilk everywhere. So I go to where the oatmilk is in the grocery store and the fridge is full of oatmilk options.
