Honestly I’m so furious and upset right now. I hadn’t eaten all day(still haven’t unfortunately) and the only thing that I could stomach was Wendy’s so we decided to go there and here I am all excited to finally get Wendy’s after 4 days of constantly craving it and we get our food and start to drive and I started checking the sandwiches to make sure they were correct and not only were they completely wrong they were so incredibly old I couldn’t eat it. Bacteria grows on meat after being out for so long and you could tell the patties had been out for more than 4 hours and the tomato’s that’s weren’t supposed to be on the sand which were ice cold you could feel it through the wrapping. I thought it was a joke. My boyfriend and I were so exhausted from the long drive we had just gotten back from and there was a huge line now so we left and we thought we could just call and have our order fixed since we were never handed a receipt but surprise surprise no one answered the phone. For hours I called over and over and still no answer. I tried to order delivery And it said unavailable too busy or something like that so I kept calling again and again and still no answer so then my boyfriend went back later (paid for the food AGAIN) and asked them to please make it correctly this time and they said they would and they did. The contents were correct but guess what. I still was unable to eat them due to the fact that the meat this time was so old I’m pretty sure they could’ve been from 8 hours ago if not yesterday. By this time I’m so hungry i go to attempt to eat it anyway (stupid as hell and dangerous since I’m pregnant and have no immune system I could get sick really easy) but it’s so stale and just not even edible. Tried calling again no answer but they had just closed so understandable but What I don’t understand is how the hell a manager gets a request for a remake and has the customer pay for their food again and has the audacity to not even make the food edible. This location had been my favorite for a long time and never had a problem with the quality of my food until now and I’m really bummed that this location is being ran down like this. Especially with the pandemic going on like food safety should be a number #1 right there along with customer service. Read moreAbsolutely the worst customer service possible! Ordered a special order hamburger kids meal and a regular cheeseburger. Son opens his kids meal, takes out burger and opens it and it's completely wrong, take it to the counter to get the correct one. Get immediate attitude from the VERY RUDE girl (Munira) over it, sit to wait for correct burger and open my cheeseburger. Yep, it's the special order. Now I don't have a cheeseburger. Smart a** Munira literally yells across the restaurant "I told you so!". Seriously!? Then proceeds to stand at the counter and mad dog stare at me while I'm trying to eat my dinner! It really, really upset my 9 year old son. Enough that he couldn't finish eating with her giving him dirty looks. Unfreakingbelievable!!!!!! Wow! I understand that I should have checked my burger first. After all why expect them to put the correct burger in the correct bag. However, nothing excuses the behavior of that nasty little girl they have for a poor example of customer service. FYI, lactose intolerant child receives a cheeseburger in his kids meal after specifically ordering a plain burger with ketchup and pickles. Can you spell LAWSUIT?

Read moreI was treated with no dignity or respect as a paying customer that recently went thru drive thru and went inside to throw away my trash and asked to use the bathroom and the young cashier looked at me looked away from me towards other workers and then looked at me up and down and straight up said the bathrooms were out of order and so i asked to speak to the mgr after turning my phone on because i have been advised to do so as a homeless resident and the way the homeless get treated i proceeded to ask the mgr for rr and he said it was for paying customers only and i told him i was a paying customer who went thru drive thru and now need to use the rr and he said sure come on and i asked him so is the rr out of order or not because i was just lied to by one of your cashiers and i told him i was an advocat and when i said that he treated me the rudest way possible and kicked me out of the store and called security on me which by the way the security officer was very understanding an he himself advised me to call coporate but im doing more than that as advised by therapist who sent me links to get the support i need for the violations against me as a paying customer by staff...
