My son wanted some mini corn dogs and there was only one cup left with burned corn dogs. I told the worker how long will it take to make more corn dogs and I did not want them burned and really rude she said 10 to 12 min. She grabbed the cup very angry and took all the corno dogs out of the cup and then put them back, leaving the ones that were less burnt on top. When I told her that I would wait for more she got more angry and more rude she told the next corn dogs will come out the same because the sausage needs to be cooked then the pretzel comes out like that. I told her she was wrong the sausage is already cooked it just need to be hot and the pretzel is the only one needed be cooked but not burned. She was a lot more angry and she said that there suppose to be. I told her it’s not my first time buying pretzel and I have bought a lot of time from other locations and never have I ever bought them burned. The only thing she said to the end was each location there is different people that make them. And exactly that’s was my point because she burns them is not how they should come out. Definitely she needs more training and be more polite with the costumers I fell bad for the cashier because she wanted to give the reason to me but she looked scared of the cooker it’s so sad because this location is new and it won’t work with this product. I bought just pepperoni pretzel it was not burned but it was dry really dry if you don’t change the cooker This location won’t work.This is the photo of the mini dogs pretzels that she said that there are perfect. the ones on top are the ones that were least burned you...

I brought my kids here earlier in the week and had to ask around for that one rude lady's name. It is obvious Deborah Trevino is an inconsiderate, coldhearted, unhelpful lady. Our food was cold and lackluster and there was only one friendly employee. The woman in charge was disgusting to her obviously new employees too from what everyone kept saying and what I witnessed earlier this week. Never coming back here after seeing how they handled my food. Cold sausages were not what I planned to eat for dinner.

Also? I found out via a nice lady in the HEB that they throw their food out every thirty minutes instead of helping the un-homed population eat....
