Dutch Bros Coffee — Restaurant in San Antonio

I've been coming to this specific Dutch Bros for over 8 months on almost a nightly visit. I've gotten to meet many of the usual night staff, they're great. The drink I ALWAYS order has barely ever changed. A large Shark Attack, light ice, and topped off with Rebel. I understood that the girl at the window might be newer and didn't know how to place it in the system, but the other girl she asked for assistance was rude and under informed. I know that I have seen her before on an occasion, she has black hair, black rimmed glasses and was wearing a pink reflective vest on tonight, Monday 09/30/2024. Now I won't forget her, next time I'll ask for her name. It only takes one bad experience to ruin all the good. She came to the window with an authoritative tone to tell me that they can't make the drink that way. I responded with why not, I've had this specific drink exactly this way on 90% of all my visits (about 4 nights a week) since February. Then she said well, you'll have to pay for an extra can of rebel then. I obviously knew that, so it seems she also thought I was an idiot. She needs to be re-trained and definitely not training newer people with her attitude and the way she speaks to customers. This review would've been 5 stars after the great experiences I've had for almost a year going to this Dutch Bros. It only takes one to mess it up. It's still a 3 star because every other worker I've encountered were great, fun, knowledgeable, and entertaining with conversations, but definitely not her...

Today I left unhappy, but this has not been the first time. I hate the two lanes because the workers can’t tell who has been waiting longer. A vehicle who drove up the lane next to me, all while my lane had been waiting, & the girl approached them before me.

I came a couple days ago with two cars ahead of me. The worker hands the first car their drink and then continues to stall the line for conversation. The next car and I didn’t even order our drinks yet, so we had to wait for their conversation to be done.

On a different day, one worker was outside taking orders but took forever at one car cause she was busy petting the dog in the car in front of me. She used the same hands to hold the iPad and my card. Does she wash her hands as soon as she goes back inside. Does the I pad get wiped down after a worker who was touching animals uses it?

The workers seem to over compensate for their work ethic.
