I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to take a minute to shout out Veronica at the Walmart Vision Center. She was seriously amazing! From the second I walked in, she was super friendly and made me feel like a priority.

I was a little overwhelmed trying to pick out new glasses, but she made the process so easy. She helped me find a pair that looked great on me and fit my budget without any pressure. She also took the time to explain my insurance coverage and made sure I got the best deal possible—something I probably would’ve missed on my own.

What really stood out was how patient and detail-oriented she was. She took the time to make sure my frames fit comfortably, adjusting them just right so they wouldn't slide or pinch. She also double-checked every detail of my order to make sure everything was perfect before finalizing it.

Even though the store was busy, she never rushed me or made me feel like I was just another customer. It’s rare to get this level of service anywhere these days, so I really appreciate her help. If you’re heading to the Vision Center, ask for Veronica—she’s the best!

Catherine at the Vision Center was outstanding. I broke the nose rest on my glasses (which I purchased at the Stephenville Walmart Super Center). I went in to have the prescription lenses replaced in new frames. Catherine was super friendly as well as very knowledgeable. She advised me that the nose rests were replaceable and there was no need to transfer the lenses to new frames. She quickly replaced my nose rests so I was "back in business." Horrible service! Had a issue verifying insurance samantha said she would call during the week day to verify and would get back to me and if anything I would just have to come back and pay to place the order . So when I get here to pay she then tells me my son needs to be here because they didn't take his measurements. I ask so why didn't you do that when he was here.
