Make sure to check your receipts at Ay Que Chula before you leave. Our party of 4 (double date/seperate checks) sat there while the server/waitress walked around and never greeted us, didn’t hand us menus. Liz and Liza had to go to the bar and ask for a menu only to be given 1 and for her to say I’ll go to you to get your order…. Our table orders one beer tower and one of the large pins coladas, to share. (Pina colada had 0 alcohol in the mix from what we could taste) We order chips and salsa since we are told the wings will be a 20 min wait. We also order some water. She walks away. She brings our food out 20 mins later and we tell her to just cancel the chips and salsa since we never got it. When it comes time for the bill, Liz and Liza have to walk up to the bar again, because she never made her way back to our table after dropping off the food. They swipe the card and pay and walk back. Of course I look at the receipt as they mention they didn’t understand why it was so expensive. So I break it down and see…. Starting off we never got the chips and salsa we ordered as an appetizer, and two server/bartender came with the round of waters while we waited for our food. 15-20 min wait for our mini fried chicken wings. On top of that you charge me a “large party gratuity?” I go up to the bar to talk to her about the charges, only after she avoided me thinking I was going to walk away she comes up and looks at me like “can I help you.” when I say hey you charged me for a large party gratuity, she goes yea it’s 4 or more people 🤔 I said no that’s 6 or more for a table top that’s basic service industry knowledge… oh and you also charged me for chips and salsa I never got…go ahead and get your manager out here to fix it. Manager fixed it, and I had them look at our friends charges too. She really did it to them too. Needless to say we won’t be returning and yall need to check the charges from that place because they are legit trying to scam you!

A (way too) in depth review of our drag brunch! First and most importantly- Ray completely made this experience for us. We didn’t have a great first interaction with a few of the staff but he came and changed the vibe 100%. He made sure we were handled and enjoyed our time. Food- everyone was happy with their meals, drinks are strong and made well. I would love more shareables for brunch since you can only get them for dinner. It’s priced well too! Still a little pricey but not outrageous or greedy. Atmosphere- Definitely bring hearing protection/loops. The music is insanely loud but I get it because the place is big, just a warning. The entire place including the bathrooms are very clean and well taken care of. Loved the queens who performed and you can see them easily from almost everywhere. Service- I am going to start by saying I think they maybe had call ins on this day. They seemed to be short about 3 bartenders and 2-3 waitresses. But with that being said- the bartenders almost ruined our experience. I try to be kind when it comes to these things but both I spoke to were rude and unfriendly. Our waitress was new but still doing the best she could. Overall- we loved this place! It’s black and veteran owned, good food, strong drinks and great performances! We will definitely be coming back to see more queens. Thanks Ray!

The food, service and atmosphere were all great.......until the drag show started. 1. Unbeknownst to me they shut down the men's bathroom to be used as a dressing room for the performers 2. There was no announcement made that the women's restroom is also a unisex restroom & that is where we were supposed to go during the drag show. 3. I went and asked one of the bartenders, and he told me with a big smile, use the unisex (women's) bathroom Mind you all this time, back & forth, I've been holding the need to "go" and it's becoming painful. 4. I do as instructed and when I get there, I'm immediately kicked out by 2 women, very sternly telling me I'm in the wrong bathroom though the sign on the door clearly states it's an all family bathroom. To make a long story short it took way to long for this to be resolved, the management obviously hasn't informed it's patrons about this arrangement and made no effort to make an announcement at that time which it easily could have so there would be no further incidents. They didn't apologize one bit and the bartender just tried to smile the situation away. They ruined my evening, failed miserably to resolve the situation and I immediately closed my tab, left to Purgatory, where they don't have these issues and will never go back. If I could give you NO stars, I would.

Went for Pride and was so incredibly disappointed in their customer service. A group of friends and I wanted to ride the mechanical bull they had for the event, we were asked by the host if we were doing the drag show or “basic entrance”, we didn’t know which one included the mechanical bull so I specifically said “we just want to ride the bull so whichever one includes that”. He said “ok that’s gonna be with the basic entrance so that’s gonna be $5 per person.” We proceeded to pay him the $40 for our group only to see that there was no organization between their drag show and “basic admission” leading to one of the drag performers putting their hands on me as I was trying to make my way to the patio asking if I paid for the show. Like wristbands exist and can be utilized so that people who paid are easily identified before having to physically stop someone and asking if they paid! After standing around waiting for them to verify that we could cross over to the patio we see that the mechanical bull was being disassembled and they were no longer letting people ride. We all immediately went back to the host and said, “if you knew that the mechanical pool was going to be taken down at 11 you should’ve told us because that was the only reason we were in the establishment.” he responded by stating that they have the cleanest restrooms on the strip and that we should just stay there and buy some drinks and enjoy the time in there, aka give them more money. I was upset that that was the response instead of “oh I’m so sorry you’re right or I didn’t know that they would be closing” or literaly any other helpful response so I asked him for a refund. He went and talked to the manager, the manager said no refunds. I asked to speak to the manager and was greeted by a very hostile man who said verbatim that the fee was “not his problem” and that it’s only $5 and he didn’t understand why was I complaining about it. Completely ugly customer service, false advertisement, and basically a scam. They all knew how long they paid for that mechanical bull and what time it was going to shut down. They should’ve said that at the door so that we didn’t waste the $40. Needless to say. will not be going back!! So sad that my pride night was stumped by this establishment. Make your money the proper way instead of scamming...

Fiesta Flambeau VIP TABLE 1 table 6ppl $20 food credit Free parking advertised

Definitely not a good experience here is why

Check IN: There was no actual check in process, you had to find your own seating if there were any tables available, Tables were small picnic style tables accommodate 4ppl only. 4 sat and the other 2 stood.

Parking: Staff at entrance could not confirm if parking was free, asked the event coordinator owner all was said we are not responsible if towed. Even after indicating they had free parking at Ay que chula parking garage. There was no directions on what level to park or a parking permit print out

Food: Simple Fiesta food short menu al a carte, took over an hour, then told kitchen is loosing the tickets, then came back to inform food was given to another table, and what we ordered was no longer available. Ordered 2 hamburgers received raw and cold, owner denied refund.

Customer Service: This definitely wasnt a Vip Fiesta viewing party, staff could not answe any questions or was familiar in what we had purchased, not their fault lack of leadership. There was no flow/ structure ,we noticed wait staff walking around with food because they didn't know who it belonged to . Tables weren't numbered. Very disorganized. We asked 3 times to speak to owner/ event coordinator not once did he come by our table.

Its a great location and has potential but when staff has no clue or where to seat you doesn't make a...
