Pizza Patrón San Pedro — Restaurant in San Antonio

Ordered at 8:07pm this evening and the gentleman told us 15 minutes for our food to be ready. I was then informed at 8:44pm that our food was in fact going to be another 15 minutes because the wings were placed into the wrong sauce and they had to redo another batch. I informed the unprofessional manager who had hair that would rival Ronald McDonalds and makeup that matched the clown behavior she displayed that I would like to just take my order as is and get a refund on the wings. She takes my receipt and my card a refunds the whole tickets and proceeds to hand me the pizzas. Without the ranch I ordered when questioned she tells me she refunded my whole order like I was supposed to thank her for that. I informed her that is not what I asked her to do and that I asked only for the wings to be refunded. She looks me dead in my eyes like she didn't understand English and said "so what do you want me to do I refunded your whole ticket" I left the pizzas and told her nothing have a great night. Being short staffed is no excuse for not giving accurate time lines to your customers and the unwillingness to accept responsibility and work to fix the matter and instead give a poor product and attitude is why I'll never come to this...

Imagine after a long day you walk in, order a Chicken bacon Pizza here, waited 15-20 minutes to prepare, take it home gladly, change and become ready to it, open the box, surprise!!! “it is a Spinach Pizza”. Period. It was my short story with Patron San Pedro. (I called them back as there was no way for me to eat a Spinach Pizza, however, I didn’t receive even a simple apologies, they (the front desk lady) simply offered come back and we give you the right choice this time. I drove back 5 miles and picked up the Chicken pizza and returned the Spinach. Not even a simple “I am sorry”, again. I completely understand that mistakes happen but it is important how you treat your customer after making it.

Absolutely amazing place to get pizza or even just hang with friends afterschool. I got the 8inch personal size meat lover’s pizza and it was hot, fresh, and freakin incredible. I literally gobbled it all up. Amazing pizza. Apparently the store’s been there for a while but you couldnt tell from the inside because it’s so clean it looks brand new. The manager Taron was so friendly and welcoming and helpful in suggesting a pizza to try....
