I had bought a cup of ramen with Birria and a order of tacos with birria. The ramen was dry and so was the birria. It looks nothing like the picture they post on their photos. I called spoke to Martin, he told me “if I took the order to go, the ramen soaks up the broth leaving no broth in sight”. Martin’s suggestion was for me to go back and buy a 3 dollar cup of broth?? Now why would I go back and buy some broth that is supposed to already be in the bowl of ramen?? Made no sense, poor customer service skills. My girl got the birria tacos, instead of being crunchy they were soft and soggy. Prepare to be disappointed. I don’t know if it was a one time deal or if that’s what they serve on a consistent basis. Just plain disappointment is all I can say from my first experience at Birria Barrio. Especially for the price, it was not worth it. Definitely won’t be going back. After eating a couple bites, we both got nauseous and started to feel sick afterwards. Be prepared to be disappointed. After I posted pictures of my food, Martin tried to deny that they made me that bowl of ramen and insinuated that I went out of my way to a grocery store to buy a tapatio beef soup and I’m making up some sort of lie. Sorry Martin the truth hurts and I have no reason to lie. The photos speak for themselves. 🚮🤢🤮🗣

Delicious quesabirria tacos! Very cute location with outdoor seating. The ramen was a bit salty but overall we enjoyed this place. 10/10 would recommend.

I tried this food truck. The Queso Birria Tacos, what they’re known for, taste great but definitely must be dipped into the Consomé which is a broth they serve to dip the tacos made out of the broth they use to cook the soft meat. The tacos were dry, so that’s why the Consomé is important. I’ve had them elsewhere, and they are a bit more moist with extra cheese. The green salsa is amazing, definitely one of the best features of these tacos. The red is good, too, but the green one is better. They give you two tortillas for each taco, so essentially, you’re eating two, except there isn’t enough meat to truly divide the three tacos they give you into six, and much less cheese which dries rapidly! It was full of people. This was comforting knowing it was a popular place. It took 46 minutes to give us our order. I felt it was too long for not being a Friday or Saturday. That’s because they’re limited on how many orders they can put at a time, and it’s a small truck and grill. If you want to try this food truck, make sure you are not starving.

My husband went and got the food cause we saw the menu online and it showed 4 quesobirria tacos with everything for like $12. My husband gets there it’s $14.99 for 4 and $12.99 for 3 tacos. He gets them cause we have been wanting Birria and he driven 15 minutes out there. We wanted the Mac and cheese but said they were out. So he pays for the tacos. Come out to $26 and leave a tip. After the order is ready they tell him they made more Mac and cheese and so he gets it. At this point we spent over $35 for tacos and Mac. Gets home and ready to eat and it just felt underwhelming. The tacos didn’t have the consome color like they didn’t dip it before frying on the grill. Very little onions and cilantro. The Mac felt like for the price it should be filled but I could see the bottom of the container. We eat and the Mac had little to no flavor or the meat and the tacos the same as well. We are very disappointed cause after seeing the reviews we...
