i wouldn't even bother going back, sad because its so close to home! First I order a simple 3 entree plate with chow mein, orange chicken, double string bean chicken and a side order of cheese rangoons. I would hope the drive thru staff would be getting that right, when i arrived to the window the cashier named Abigail barely opened the window said the amount then shoved the bag, my card and receipt back in my face and the window slammed behind her. Once I arrived home I found my order incorrect, they had given me spring rolls and terriyaki chicken in place of my orange chicken and cheese rangoons, calling back the restaurant back I began to discuss this with another cashier over the phone it turns out Abigail, or whoever else did the orders didn't put the correct information on my receipt as well, instead it said chow mein, white fried rice, orange chicken, mushroom chicken, grill terriyaki chicken, 1 side order of veggie spring rolls. The girl on the phone was rude and her tone was cold when I asked to speak to a manager she proceeded to discuss with a male on the other line about what she explained to me then she came back to the phone stating the manager just stepped out. I suppose the man the cashier was talking to was a cook then?? I feel that was avoidance from the management staff. The girl proceeded to take my info for another meal to be replaced. AGAIN HER RUDE TONE JUST SET ME TO NOT WANT TO EVEN BOTHER PICKING UP A REPLACEMENT MEAL. IF YOU ARE GOING TO BE THAT RUDE AND NOT SERVICE YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN MAYBE YOU SHOULD RETHINK YOUR STAFF.

Needless to say the cold tone and rude staff showing me such a rude welcome. I, nor will my family be continuing...

I had came here for lunch break on Wednesday October, 7th. I ordered for three people, 3 plates; 1) two servings of orange chicken, fried rice and "egg roll". 2) shanghai angus steak and mushroom chicken with veggies. 3) orange chicken and kung pay chicken with fried rice.

so as i arrive at work, i found my fried rice some hot most cold as if was sitting somewhere for a while, the orange chicken was total crap! it was so hard, very little meat, and the sauce that was suppose to be on there was in patches. the mushroom chicken barely had a few pieces of chicken most of it was mushrooms and the veggies, but even at that they forgot my egg roll.

So while I'm at work I did not have the time to call the manager at that instant, I ended up calling them as soon as i get out of work. The manager working at the time was rude when answering and as I'm telling him the situation he is speaking over me, he wants me to return the food that we had already threw away, and even asks me to go into the trash to collect it and come back to the store. I can't understand how a "manager" in the food industry would even ask a customer to go back in the trash to just return the food! You should already know about how important cleanliness and sanitary precautions should be!

At the end of our conversation or lack there of, he was not willing or wanting to reimburse or even just give me the egg roll that I PAYED FOR! he was so quick to hang up!

Ive been coming here a since it opened and frequently at that! they defiantly lost a loyal customer and i will be contacting corporate about...

Would prefer to give no Star. Sadly this location has gone down a lot in quality. When it first opened up it was good and stayed good for a while. I don't go out to eat very often but it was one of the locations I would go to if I got food to go. I decided to go and order some food through the drive through. Employee did their job great but when I got home and started to eat it, I literally stopped eating. The steamed rice I got tasted like 5 days old. I cook steamed rice at home so I know what it taste like fresh and I know what it tastes like when reheated the next day in the microwave and this just did not taste right. Went on to eat the orange chicken and it had a real fishy flavor. I tried to ignore it thinking, maybe just the first piece was off, but when I put the second piece in my mouth I stopped chewing and spit it out. My 2nd choice was the walnut shrimp and that one just did not taste like how it should either. Its suppose to be somewhat crispy due to the caramelized outside but the outside was slimy and chewy. It was barely tolerable but just not good quality. It felt like all the food had been stored in the same bin for a few days together and reheated. My hunger is now gone and money down the drain, along with everything tossed in the trash. Use to love this place but now, I know for sure...

After a long day of work, me and my boyfriend wanted to get some food and my boyfriend asked for a plate with teriyaki chicken and changed his mind to get orange chicken and the guy running the drive thru *sighed* and asked “do you want me to make it again?” My boyfriend said what? The The guy *sighted* again and said do you want me to make it again? I guess I’ll make it again. After that we went to the window and they forgot to add our sprite to the order and a medium orange chicken as we were arriving home, I realized that the medium cup was a different size compared to the medium chow mein I had ordered I don’t know if they do different sizing for their chicken, but I paid 9.50 and it was a way smaller than the medium chow mein. Then I opened up my cheese Rangoon and two of them had nothing in it And to top it all off, there was a hair in my food overall i was very upset the name on the recipe says Ruben p I am not sure if that was the name of the employee taking the order, but I was very upset I working in customer service and I would never treat a customer this way.

They barely gave us any entree items, we purchased 5 bowls and they were all not even half full, we have never had that happen. The broccoli beef was literally just broccoli no beef other than a few crumbled meat pieces, according to them that's how its supposed to be. Plus they didn't have any chilli sauce and said they dont carry it. I will drive the extra distance to another location next time . Absolutely wouldn't reccomend this place.

It feels barely cooked the noodles lack flavour and hardly any vegetables in it. Whoever is the cook is really messing up the food! I've never had this problem at this location. Please fix this issue otherwise you are about to loose many of your faithful customers. One star for me this time which is beyond dislike. And I will not recommend this Panda Express to family and friends. Managers, please try the food before you serve it to your customers that small detail will go long ways!!

Our family loves Panda for a quick meal but I have to say this panda has been the worst location we have tried. We just moved to the area and this one was closest to us, the customer service was horrible. The servers were rude, the manager was just in the background on his phone not even paying attention. They barely gave us any entree items, we purchased 5 bowls and they were all not even half full, we have never had that happen. The broccoli beef was literally just broccoli no beef other than a few crumbled meat pieces, according to them that's how its supposed to be. Plus they didn't have any chilli sauce and said they dont carry it. I will drive the extra distance to another location next time . Absolutely wouldn't reccomend this place.

It feels barely cooked the noodles lack flavour and hardly any vegetables in it. Whoever is the cook is really messing up the food! I've never had this problem at this location. Please fix this issue otherwise you are about to loose many of your faithful customers. One star for me this time which is beyond dislike. And I will not recommend this Panda Express to family and friends. Managers, please try the food before you serve it to your customers that small detail will go long ways!!
