First time trying crumble and they had AMAZING COOKIES!! However, they need to work on their sense of urgency and customer service. I understand a place can get busy with a late night rush, which is not what I’m upset about. I placed an order at 10pm and the app said it’ll be ready at 10:40. I called and asked if I had to wait til 10:40 to show up and they said “ you can come now and check in so we can make your order”. Perfect, I went in and told them the name for the order and… they made me wait til 10:45pm.. not only that, other people that came in to order on the kiosks got their orders before mine and others that were waiting longer which makes no sense? Not even kidding, they were moving SO slow (like sloths) with no sense of urgency. Someone( who was there before me) kept asking for his order, and they ended up leaving without their order because of how long they were taking. I’ve worked fast food so I understand rushes and stressful situations but this was an absolute train wreck. I’m not mad about them being busy, I’m annoyed at the fact that I called and they told me to come in NOW only to make me wait till the designated time. Like if you know your running behind just be straight up and say that, don’t tell me to come in if you’re gonna make me stand there for 40 mins. Also a little disappointed because the cookies I got weren’t made correctly due to them running out of certain icing/ toppings. Reason being because they were serving all the people that ordered on the kiosks first and not the online orders( I saw them making the cookies). They were still amazing, but disappointed I couldn’t get them the way they originally came. I hope they get...
Read moreI’m so disappointed in my experience with Crumbl last night. I ordered online at about 8pm last night. There were 2 cookies unavailable which is understandable given it was already late. I got to the store at 8:45. That’s how long it took me to get to this location. When I got there, there were a lot of people standing around waiting for orders. There were more than enough employees working. I counted at least 8. After about 30 minutes or waiting we were all met with an announcement, they were backed up on ordered and if we wanted a refund to go to the counter to get one. The young lady then went to the pick up counter and asked all the people who were there for door dash and delivery orders to stay on one side because she was going to prioritize them over all other orders. This was very upsetting that my order was not going to be prioritized because I chose to drive to the store instead of ordering through a 3rd party delivery service. When o asked why they were being prioritized, she told me because some of them had been waiting for 5 hours for their orders. I’m sorry. She said they were backed up, and I told her I understood and I’m not complaining that they were backed up but simply stating that my order should not be pushed aside because I chose to drive instead of get it delivered.I ended up getting a refund because as my order was being pushed aside, they were running out of that cookies that I...

Walking into Crumbl Cookies at Alamo Ranch is like stepping into dessert paradise. The smell alone wraps you in a hug — and then you see the cookies: fresh, warm, and beautifully crafted like edible works of art. I’m not exaggerating when I say this location has become my personal happy place.
Every week, I’m excited to check out the rotating flavors. From the classic chocolate chip (forever a favorite) to bold creations like Churro, Pink Velvet, or Oreo Milkshake — Crumbl keeps surprising me in the best way. The cookies are always perfectly baked: soft in the center, crisp on the edges, and packed with rich flavor. It’s clear the Alamo Ranch team takes pride in every batch.
The staff here deserve a shoutout too — they’re always smiling, helpful, and quick with recommendations if I’m torn between flavors (which is every time). It’s not just a cookie run — it’s an experience that feels fun and personal.
Now, real talk — I may or may not be responsible for turning several coworkers, friends, and even my mom into Crumbl addicts. I’ve posted about you on social media, brought boxes to birthdays, and even bribed my boss with a Crumbl 4-pack (it worked). So, dear manager, I’d be thrilled — and super grateful — for a gift card to help fuel my cookie love and keep sharing the sweetness with others.
Trust me, it would be put to...
