I went to the store at Goliad and Fair. I normally don't leave bad comments but this time I have to. I ordered a large pepperoni, and a large supreme, I had to wait for 15 min because I had walked in, I didn't mind. But the error was that I had to park my truck in the lot next door because the we're getting a truck order, so when the truck left , I told the woman behind the counter that I was going to move my truck over to their lot, so I walk in and the woman who took my order said your pizzas are ready, I take my pizzas get home ( I live about 17 min away ) look in the box and one of the pizzas is a large pepperoni, and the other is a cheese pizza. NOT what I had ordered, I had ordered a large pepperoni and a large supreme, so I call the store and theven woman that answered says hold on, and in the background I hear them laughing, and she comes back on line and says " oh yeah here's yours if you want to come and pick it up" ( well yeah I want to pick it up DUHHH) I take back the other pizzas, and you would have thought that they would have said it was our fault, so we're going to make your pizzas again. Nope , I'm already mad, so I just get my pizzas and leave, get home and check the pies again and one one of them is SQUARE CUT, WHO ORDERS A SQUARE CUT PIZZA? YOU CAN'T PICK UP THE CENTER PIECES BECAUSE THE BECOME SOGGY AND STICK TO THE FRIGGIN BOX!!!!! And by the time I get back home the pizza is cold. So yeah it is safe to say that I will not go back to this DOMINOS , I have five options now PAPA JOHNS, PIZZA HUT, LITTLE CESARS, PETER PIPER PIZZA, OR SAM'S PIZZA , I thinkany of these would be better than the crap I just got. We ordered dinner around 9 and it’s now close to midnight and the delivery driver still had not got here we looked on the tracker and it said our order was completed when we called the store the shift manager Cynthia stated the were short on staff and because orders were grouped together when is completed one it completes all but our order should be there shortly Still nothing so we called to get a refund and explained our disappointment that we hadn’t received any phone calls prior letting us know there was going to be a delay so we could have had a chance to grab dinner else ,she stated she could nt get around to making all the calls we heard a lot of sorry with Buts at the end No store credit no let me take care of you in the future No I’ll make your food fresh if you would like to come in to the store since we now have to go out to grab dinner at MIDNIGHT. The delivery driver Jessica came out yelling "You dont know how to drive" "That spot is for drivers only". Manager Jeremy also did a poor job of acessing the situation. He even began yelling at my wife in the parking lot. After information was exchanged Jessica and her boyfriend Jose still refused to move the vehicle and made snarky comments like "Im not moving it" "I dont care sweetie" and more. I have been a long time extremely loyal customer for years. I have easily spent thousands of dollars at this store, but I was treated so poorly I will never be back.
