I had so much hope looking at the reviews, but I have to be honest. I had ten samplers (5oz) which I thought were pretty pricey because you can get a 10oz for a dollar more. (OWNERS, tasters are your intros make them affordable!)... I didn't mind the mis-pricing on the tasters but know your customers.

I ordered a chicken sandwich with the beer tasters. The chicken breast came on a huge ciabatta bun which immediately made it all bread not to mention that there was minimal sauce on it to add any flavor to it. The server (obviously having had this sando before) had recommended that I get extra sauce on the side. I used it all to try to add some taste to it. No bueno.

Now onto the beers. I was excited to see that they were doing some German and Belgian brews which were quickly squelched when I started tasting them. The Italian Pilsner could be used to remove nail polish. The schwarzbier and the hefe were their best of the batch I sampled. The Several of the other beers had signs of a burnt mash (sutdle hints of smoke)... I called it out to one of the servers when he asked what I thought and he acknowledged that there were problems with a couple of the batches that caused that. Ok... but why serve it or at least call it something else. Smoked Pale or Smoked Honey lager? That disappointed me the most. Don't serve mistakes unless you own up to them at best you are insulting you customers.

Minus 2 to 2.5 for food and beer quality. Wait staff was very friendly and helpful. We'll call it a 3 stars for now since I hope they will address their points of view on serving sub-par beers. ...

We arrived right at opening at 11AM. It is self-seating and staff come to greet you. There’s a very spacious outdoor patio with tables as well.

We all ordered right away and the food came out pretty slowly. When we arrived and ordered, it wasn’t busy at all.

The main thing we didn’t like was that all of our food ( we were a party of 3) came out at different times. We had one plate come and then 15-20 minutes later, we saw my husband and i’s food coming out of the kitchen. The server gave my husbands chicken and waffles to the wrong table, so I got my food second. And we waited another 15-20 minutes for them to make another chicken and waffles for my husband.

The food was delicious. So delicious. But service matters too. We were watching the servers and it was obvious they didn’t have sections. They were running all over the place. It honestly seemed like everyone working was so overwhelmed. I truly hope they come up with some kind of system to make things flow a little easier.

The beer selection was really good! I also got a sangria flavored slushee that was also delicious! Again, hoping this restaurant makes some breakthroughs with their service! The food and drinks were awesome!

We hung out after we ate so we were there for about 2.5 hours and wanted to order more food, but our server said the kitchen was closed and not taking orders bc they were “backed up”

Hoping to come back in a few months and update my...

NOT A CHANCE haha. Went there mid afternoon yesterday, had 4 staff members just stare at me, my husband and sister-law who were standing at the bar. At bars, you order to get a drink, then go sit down. There was no sign or "welcome, have a seat anywhere and someone will take care of you, or something to that". It was staring like "WTF are they going to order or just stand there". Had a lady ask are we getting take out and my husband said no, can I order a drink, at this point, SHE should have said, oh if you have a seat I'll let a server know to take your order, BUT NO she blatantly turns to a customer and asks "what can I get you" cool probably should have left but it was my sister-in laws first time and didn't want that interaction to be her experience but damn it kept getting better. All the snarky, entitled, woe is me attitude, ugh I work off tips mentality. It took for them for me to go around the bar and asked the 4 who were staring, we wanted to order drinks and then we were told, have a seat anywhere and someone will be right there 🤦🏽‍♀️ JESUS CHRIST. Really? Poor customer service and shift lead, Chance comes out of nowhere in my personal space, throwing shade, like " are you okay, ugh it's just a question, rolls eyes and walls away" NO ONE WAS EVEN TALKING TO...

All of the food that I have tried at Dos Sirenos Brewing has been first-rate, but the Jalapeno Popper BLT kicks it up even more. They chop up jalapeno poppers and mix those into a cheese spread which is then slathered onto toasted bread and combined with beer-braised bacon, lettuce, and tomato. It is a filling sandwich and it delivers on the heat. The Elote Fritters are quite good as well, delivering heavenly little bites of fried corn dough with a kick. (Please add both the sandwich and the fritters to the permanent menu.) And they have plenty of their own brews to wash the food down with. Might I recommend the Trident Tripel or Zeus Juice New England Hazy IPA? I also have to comment on the wonderful waitstaff at Dos Sirenos. Each time I have been there, the waitresses have been friendly, enthusiastic, and well-informed on the food and beer. They certainly seem to enjoy working there and they make the experience all the better. It is always nice to be around people who enjoy their jobs and I am guessing the owners have figured out how to take care of their staff. You can't go wrong with food or beer at Dos Sirenos and I highly recommend checking this place out. They have trivia on Wednesdays and live music on the weekends. And it is dog friendly.
