Have frequented this taco truck. Ordered a Chorizo, Potato, and Egg taco. When I opened the taco, there didn't actually appear to be any Chorizo on it at all. If there was, you'd need a magnifying glass to see it. I raised my first and only complain, and the girl at the front proceeded to tell me what chorizo was, instead of offering to fix the issue. I instead was made to purchase the taco the way it should have been, and had previously come prior to this encounter. Poor customer service, and a missed opportunity to keep a frequent customer. I'd expect much better for a $5 dollar taco. *Original Taco on the right*

I’ve been passing by this “food truck” stop for quite some time and decided to give the La Fonda truck a try. I must say the customer service was on point! The chef was super enthusiastic and my food came out in about 15 minutes. I ordered the Chilaquiles Montados plate and was a tad bit disheartened by the flavor of the salsa and the clearness of the eggs but the portion size was enough to make up for it. However, the warm, inviting attitude of the staff was more than enough for me to return and try something else on the menu.

Nothing but homemade deliciousness and spectacular customer service. Although they do have a menu, you can customize your order. I highly recommend trying their carne guisada and barbacoa. Pictured is the chilaquiles plate with extra egg. Keep in mind: -When it’s busy on a Sunday, you will have a long wait time (30 mins or more). It’s worth it! -Area is pet friendly, must be leashed -Tap to pay is available -Stranded coffee is next door so you can have your cafecito and tacos -parking is limited, might need to park by sidewalk

Unfortunately, this was a HUGE missed opportunity. I am so disappointed in their customer service that I am typing up this review right after leaving.

We stopped by today, Sunday, which their hours of operation need to be updated. I love the lot that they are located at and there is a cute little coffee truck in the same lot. It’s dog friendly, which I love.

We ordered our tacos:

Chilaquiles taco (add chorizo) Pirata taco Al Pastor mini tacos

The truck was pretty busy, so I knew there would likely be a wait, no big deal to me, I usually give restaurants/businesses a lot of grace because it’s not an easy job.

30 minutes later our food was ready. I open the orange salsa only to find two short hair strands in it. sad face I unwrap my chilaquiles taco only to find that they didn’t add the chorizo I paid for.

The person I was with took the taco and the salsa back to the truck to inform them of the hair and the mistake. The lady operating the truck said they would make a fresh taco and bring it out. I ate the pirata taco while I waited. After 15 minutes, it was apparent that they did not prioritize correcting my taco. I shouldn’t have to wait an additional 30 minutes for a mistake that was made by them. We left disappointed.

Advice: Please prioritize all...

Oh my goodness, where do I even begin with Rosa's Tacos? From the moment you step inside, you're enveloped in this warm, inviting atmosphere that feels like coming home. But let's talk about the stars of the show – the tacos! Each one is a little masterpiece, bursting with flavor. The tortillas are perfectly soft and warm, and the fillings? Absolutely divine! Whether you go for the classic carne guisada that melts in your mouth, the vibrant and zesty al pastor, or the perfectly seasoned barbacoa, you're in for a treat. And don't even get me started on their salsa bar! It's a fiesta of fresh ingredients and bold flavors, with something to please every palate. You can taste the love and care that goes into every single bite at Rosa's. It's not just a meal; it's an experience. Trust me, once you've had a taco from Rosa's, no other taco will ever quite measure up. It's...

Today was the first time I tried Rosa’s Kitchen and I must say, my son and I loved it. We had the mixed street taco plate served with grilled onions, fresh onions, cilantro, lime and your choice of red or green salsa. The food was delicious and I used both salsas on my tacos because I couldn’t decide which one I liked more. The red is a bit more spicy that the green, but so good. Use with caution , lol. We complimented our meal with their fresh squeezed strawberry lemonade. Unlike other places that use strawberry syrup for their lemonade, Rosa’s uses fresh cut strawberries which is so much better. I would definitely recommend this place and it will become my favorite lunch spot every time I am in the neighborhood for work. Thank you Paloma for the friendly smile and great...
