Dunkin' — Restaurant in San Antonio

Extremely rude employee at the drive through. I’ll start by saying my girlfriend and I had never been to a Dunkin’ Donuts and after today we will probably never return. We ordered two iced peppermint mocha lattes with oat milk as we are both dairy free. However we didn’t realize that since the peppermint mocha latte was a signature drink, it automatically came with whipped cream(which has dairy). When we got up to the window I noticed the whipped cream on top and promptly told the first employee in a kind voice, “I’m sorry but we can’t have the whipped cream on top.” She then proceeds to call her coworker to the window and this new worker starts schooling us on how to order coffee at Dunkin in an extremely rude fashion. My gf and I don’t have serious dairy allergens so we would have been completely fine with them just scraping off the whipped cream as best as possible(which is what they ended up doing), but this girl was trying to insist on handing them to us with the whipped cream on top whilst rudely telling us how to order in the future. Only after we told her we couldn’t consume dairy, did she finally go and scrape off the whipped cream. This is no way to treat customers who make an honest mistake. I know that this location has very recently opened but I hope the service improves greatly real soon!!!! I visited yesterday with my grandson just to get an ice cream cone & waited a long time because the girl (Katherine) was slow & purposely skipped us to wait on the Costco worker who came in AFTER us. She took great joy in flirting with him, constantly batting her fake eyelashes at him. As much as she batted her fake eyelashes at him she could have started a tsunami!! She knew we were next in line but decided she would rather wait on him than us & she also took her time about it. When she finally decided to help us she didn’t even bother to wear gloves when serving up the ice cream. She handled the cones with her bare hands. We are still going thru Covid & not only was she not wearing gloves but also no mask!!! There was also a fly inside of the ice cream case. Talk about a disgusting experience!!! The other workers that were there all looked as though they’d rather be somewhere else, no people skills whatsoever! I’m not sure I’ll be returning. THERE NEEDS TO BE SOME SERIOUS RE-TRAINING OR...

Where do I start? I brought my family in for ice cream. We stood by the ice cream case for 5 minutes being completely ignored. We decided to go over by the doughnut case. The girl that finally talked to us was RUDE!!! We ordered and walked over to the ice cream counter. Only to have a teen girl cut in front of us. She was friends with the ones working and proceeded to have a 10+ minute conversation. I repeatedly asked the young man working if anyone else could make my order. He kept informing me she would help me when she’s done with that customer. I finally had enough and told them very loudly that we had yet to be helped.
