I would give this location zero stars if I could. Maybe I just have bad luck but the 3 times i went there in person through drive thru, something was made wrong and this was prior to covid. Not only that but I was questioned on the amount of sugar i wanted in one of my coffees. It seemed a bit rude but I personally just blew it off. As of recent my family is down a car so I was stuck without a vehicle today. Thought I would give them one more try through doordash since sadly they are the only location that comes up for it. Thinking maybe if its written out and they can read and look over the order, they wont mess it up. Sadly I was very incorrect. I had ordered a large hot caramel macchiato and three sour dough with ham and American plus a order of 25 munchkins. What I got was a large iced caramel macchiato with 1 sugar, 3 bacon and white cheese sour dough and the munchkins were all glazed. Whenever I order from the dunkin app for another location I prefer to go to for pick up, by standard the munchkins are mixed in a variety plus the sugar is set automatic to 3 for coffee. I was mostly upset over the coffee cause I dont drink cold ice coffee, so a cup down the drain. I triple checked my order receipt and again macchiato was suppose to be hot. Yet I got a coffee in a clear plastic tall cup full of ice .I wanted to give this location another chance but it failed me and I will avoid this spot like cancer. I was absolutely baffled to see the amount of negative/low star reviews this DD location has. I swung by this afternoon (went inside) and everything in the store was spotless. Tables, counters, bathrooms - everything looked freshly cleaned. The donuts were completely stocked with an assortment of flavors and I had zero concerns about the cleanliness of the kitchen based off what I could see. Carolina took our order & prepared our drinks and was a shining star in the customer service industry. I had requested an unsweetened vanilla shot to be added in my drink and once I tried it, I immediately knew I could not drink it. I raised my concerns to Carolina and without hesitation she offered to remake it without the vanilla shot or prepare a different drink. She took the time to explain details about the roast I had selected and list out the different bean, flavor & milk options. Her patience with me as I went back and forth trying to figure out what I wanted was outstanding. In the end, she prepared a perfect drink for me, as well as making my boyfriend & sisters drink properly as well. She was quick, patient, and genuinely concerned with ensuring we were each happy with our order. This level of customer service is not something you see very often so I had to take the time to share my appreciation. The girl at the register and taking our order was rude. I work in fast food as well and in the morning too but that doesnt mean to come to work rude like quit girl you wanna get paid you wanna “chase the bag” but work the absolute bare minimum. As an Assistant General Manager this is disappointing coming from a place that gets everyone ready for their work day because they get their coffee, breakfast, or both. You are setting the tone for peoples day and my kids even noticed your rudeness and they are 5 and 7 they said “sheesh mom that lady was rude and mean she needs to go home and go back to sleep or something” we asked for the donuts to be placed in separate bags and I know she heard us and the headset isn’t an excuse she straight up ignored us and my wife just asked for the bags so we separated ourselves. Take accountability for your attitude and get it together girl you making dunkin look bad. And if you just don’t care I wouldn’t be surprised that someone as rude and immature as you will continue to get bad reviews for the rest of your career.
