Freddy's Frozen Custard & Steakburgers — Restaurant in San Antonio

Today was a very horrible day as my work crew and I came to dine in for our lunch time.Lucy the “manger” was very rude to us as she claimed that we were lying about our order. 2 out of the 15 burgers which we didn’t mind bc it is a big order we went to the front and kindly told Lucy that our order on the 2 burgers were wrong . Lucy then said that we were lying that she herself made all 15 burgers and she knows what she put in it. She also claimed she took a photo of all the burgers!!! She kept refusing to remake the 2 burgers and just kept saying we were lying . At that she had A BAD ATTITUDE. We then asked for a refund for the 2 burgers since she didn’t wanna remake them . She also refused that . So ridiculous and unprofessional. 2 coworkers didn’t even get to eat lunch at all bc they spent their whole lunch arguing with Lucy when it was a simple fix. Idk who gave her the management position but it was a very big mistake . I normally pick up food from this location. Prior to the pandemic, I never had issues with the service or quality of food. However, today I placed an order for my family and decided to add jalapeños and grilled onion to my burger. I got home and bit into my burger and the patty was dry and flavorless. There was an odor coming from my burger. I was sick to my stomach. I pulled the burger apart and noticed that the jalapeños were covered in a white residue (not mayo). The lettuce was brown. I called the restaurant to notify them of this (not looking good for anything in return). The guy basically brushed me off saying he wasn't the one who made the meal. He was explaining to me that the jalapeños are pickled and not supposed to be fresh. I'm so upset! Not only am I not able to eat this burger. Food was tossed like a salad the actual burger patties and cheese were missing from the prime rib burger MAKE THAT MAKE SENSE?!?
