Jamba — Restaurant in San Antonio

Good. I don’t like that they don’t have a tip line to write down a tip. Isn’t that jipping the employees of earning tips? They have a tip jar. We don’t usually try franchise smoothie places as we come from cities where we usually support local places. Usually local businesses use Square and have a tip line for people. SO MAKE SURE TO BRING CASH TO TIP. We apologized to the female for not tipping and she cut me off and said that was ok and have a nice day. Was that, like, a sarcastic it’s ok, have a nice day? Like as if you were pained and saying that through seething teeth and pain? Or were you seriously nonchalant about it and saying that it really was ok and to have a nice day? I hope they pay you guys well hourly. Don’t expect every customer coming in to be, like, Jamba Juice franchise know-it-all’s. Take it up with the GM who runs the franchise about advertising to bring cash in to tip you all. Or go find a job at a local shoppe. Local is better than corporations, anyway.

Disappointing Experience with Jamba Juice Management

As a loyal customer, I was looking forward to enjoying Jamba Juice's delicious food and drinks. However, my experience was marred by the manager's unhelpful and unsatisfactory response to my issue.

After ordering delivery through Jamba Juice's website, my order was delayed by 30 minutes and never arrived. When I contacted the store, the manager told me it was out of his hands since they used a third-party delivery service (DoorDash). Instead of offering a solution or apology, he suggested I contact DoorDash myself for a refund.

What was most disappointing was the manager's lack of empathy and unwillingness to take responsibility for the issue. As a customer, I expect more from a store I frequent. I hope Jamba Juice will train their managers to be more customer-centric and responsive to issues.

On a positive note, the food is still amazing, but the manager's poor handling of my issue left...
