Haven't been bowling here since my last review 6 years ago and can't say it is any better. Came here to bowl with my husband and it cost us $50 for one hour. Yes you read that right, 2 people, 2 pairs of shoes for one hour and it was $50. I'm not sure of their expectations for people in the lanes but ours was busy with a group of kids sitting and eating in our booth lane. They were also pretty rowdy, throwing the ball down the lane, and walking onto their lane. When they left, they left all their balls there and no one came to clean them up so we did it ourselves. Food was disappointing, but I guess that's just the expectation for a party place. Picture attached of the loaded chicken nachos. Do not come here if you want to have a semi decent type of game play. There is a limited selection of ball weights and finger sizes. No one follows lane etiquette, multiple times we had balls from other lanes thrown into nearby lanes, people walk into the lanes, neighboring lanes dont wait and I never once saw someone monitoring these activities. Previous review: Went in today to spend time with my family. I have been battling cancer so I can't physically do much but thought I'd try a game of bowling. My family bought the all day play passes. Turns out you CANNOT add on a person to that lane, you have to buy a all new lane or buy a pass. I explained to the man I couldn't use the pass because physically I was restricted from doing so. He said there was zero way he could add me on to the lane my family was on without buying a pass. So I didn't get to play. Then we wanted drinks and food while bowling. I went to the bar since I never saw anyone and ordered then proceed to wait 20 minutes for nachos, that apparently were just sitting there. (There's glass so you can view them in the kitchen. I also watch eating behind the line, gross). Funny thing was how empty it was, maybe because this has become the norm there, who knows! But was quite disappointed.

Update; We have been here several times since my first review and everything has gotten much better. The staff today, July 28th, was friendly and attentive. The pizza was pretty good and all the games we played worked great and we had a fun time. We will continue to come here. As a result of today, I am increasing the star rating to 4 stars. We came here for the first time on August 2nd around 8pm. The wait time to bowl was 2 1/2 hours. We were not going to wait that long so we left immediately. We came back the next day, August 3rd around 7pm and there was no wait to bowl and almost nobody was bowling. We had fun bowling, but their bowling ball selection for younger kids is not great. The lightest ball is 6lbs, XXS, so the hole size for the fingers is way to small. The 8lb ball had a better finger hole size, but it was too heavy. We then ate dinner and the food was pretty good. The booth size was very small and uncomfortable. We then played or tried to play video games, skee ball and others, but several were not working properly. We would swipe the card and the credits would deduct, but the game would not turn on. We tried to play air hockey and the same thing happened and the disk was always getting stuck inside the machine. The worst part was the surfaces were rough, not smooth or slick, so the disk would not slide when hit. One time in the middle of the game the whole thing just shut off. A young man, I think named Kaleb helped us out repeatedly. He was very friendly and helpful. He gets 5 🌟 We have a lot of credits remaining on the cards, so we will come back because of that.

For lunch and an all-play pass (no video games), there were highs and lows, but then again, 3.5 hours of family time just flew by. Really, isn't that what it's all about? In every interaction, employees were extremely polite and helpful. Apart from the restaurant, the entire area was very noisy and a little warm, so it was a bit of heat faintness and growing headache that led to us calling it a day. Rated independently: 1. Restaurant - 4 Stars (reasonably priced for the amount of food that tasted good) 2. Bowling - 1 Stars (they made maximum use of the space which meant crowding behind the wood part and difficulty navigating the seating/table area; It was almost impossible to see the markings on the lane for judging your throws; and enough new bowlers around that no one observed many of the common etiquette rules like waiting to throw immediately next to you... finally, the fact that you pay by time and not number of games was also aggravating as the bar dropped in front of the pins while I was throwing the ball for my 9th frame) 3. Laser Tag - 3 Stars (decent room with obstacles and angles of attack, but the guns worked inconsistently... It's never fun when a player can't rack up points) 4. Ropes Course - 5 Stars (relatively small and only one story, but everything was in terrific shape with a good variety of "obstacles" to navigate and an impressive level of consideration by adults and children alike)

So I just had my son's birthday here this weekend, and my experience was horrendous. To begin, my son's birthday was in a private room, which I rented for 3 hours, from 5:30 to 8:30. Their agenda calls for the event to begin at 5:30 with and hour of bowling. Which then they bring out food at 6:30 so a whole hour later after my guest being there. I was aware of this time they have set, so I payed extra and signed a contract days before stating that I will buy 3 additional pizzas , so my guest can eat and have a drink upon arrival. Well, that didn't happen whatsoever. First, I was checking on my guest that were playing bowling, with the elders still in the room, as they would not be playing. So my additional pizza's were not brought out, our host (matt) did not even offer drinks. We had to ask for drinks, and to top it off, we would order extra, because we had no idea when he'd return. So with this food and drink dilemma, I asked to speak to a manager. For the reason that, if I'm paying for additional pizza's for the sole reason that my guest would not have to wait a whole hour. Yet, they didn't come. This food conversation and drink conversation was in front of the host. On top of that, my guest who were bowling ordered 2 mixed drinks and did not get until I had to ask him , what was going on. Which his face was of oblivion. They got their drinks at 6:15. Plus the drinks had to be remade because the drinks were sitting there waiting for our host to bring them. So ultimately the drinks sat there for 45 minutes. Next, the host so now we're at 6:15. He has the nerve to say, " good news the pizza is coming ". Yea it's now coming only 15 minutes prior to their agenda. So not and form of good news. Okay, so 6:30 we now get the pizza's I ordered for 6:00 plus now the 6:30 pizza's. So , great finally food. Finally after my guest looking around for an hour finally had food . So after this the manager comes to the party room, the first thing that he does when he walks in is turn on the lighting. Apparently this host had not even turned up the lightning in the room. Yes, there was light but for the manager to walk in and do that first, obviously means they should have been at a higher level. I seriously got not one thing of host material from this guy. All he did was tell me when it was time to pay . What makes this more upsetting is that I payed over $600.00 for these 3 hours. Which was nothing to a terror , horrible experience. Not worth one dime. And I'll add , that he never even offered me a drink either. Oh, but when I went looking for him (matt) he was eating at their hostess register they have near the bowling lanes. Must've been nice for him to eat, while he ignored to bring out the extra pizzas and to take...

This place has a lot of potential! 5 of us including my 3 year old son went this past Saturday and we’re excited!! Upon entering and approaching the main desk, we could tell how overwhelmed the staff was. Their lack of information and attitude in their tone was hard to ignore while asking a few questions as it was our first time here! We wanted to purchase the all inclusive pass but bowling was a 2.5-3 hour wait with 3 lanes open and 3 names ahead of us. Cool. We can do that Some other time right? We lost about 45 credits due to malfunctioning games with no sort “out of order” signs. Not the biggest deal until they’re non-refunded. 3 of us sign up for laser tag at 11:15, with no one ahead of us. At this time, they don’t know who we talked to and what time they scheduled us at so they’re wanting to push it back till 11:30-11:45. At the click of a button on their tablet, we’re finally able to go in. As they let us in, 3 employees proceeded behind the counter and just stare. We had to ask how to put the equipment on correctly. The employee starts rambling off a minute introduction in 20 seconds so we heard not a word besides the end when she says she’ll play us a short video. She says “during the video, please no talking or shooting guns”, presses play and immediately turned around to the other two employees and they talk louder than the video until the end. Thank god we caught the picture part in the video where it shows we had to use two hands on the gun because we would have not known that. BESIDES THAT, laser tag and the pool table was the highlight of the night. We can only speak on the kids tenders and beef nachos, food wise, and it is best to come to this place full. We ordered and we’re served quickly. My sons chicken and fries were good but not the out-of-seasoned seasoned fruit. The nachos?!🤮 Cold cheese covered about 15% of the chips along with whatever cold beef they threw on there. For $15 nachos, you can get fed decently somewhere else. The barsfaff let customers wait for a ridiculous amount of time to finally be served watered down EXPENSIVE drinks. No eye contact no smile just hurry up pay me your money and get out of my face.

It was a disaster and made for a very uncomfortable time. Everywhere you look, employees are huddled up on their phones talking and seem so bothered to be asked questions. It is irritating to come out as a family and spend a couple hundred dollars on a night and it not be a good time. I’m all for kids working, but that’s when management needs to step in and worry about the faces of the company. I guarantee you most people who go once, never...

So decided to give this place another try from our first bad experience where food was sloppy and tasted overly reheated and the place itself was not ran correctly, the place was also over capacity on out 1st time!!

Our second experience however , was twice as bad except for the fact I did not see as many people this time around and i can certainly see why. So i went as a family night out of course meaning with children , went with the all you do package and we also dined in. The bowling part was okay even though the lanes are clearly smaller then your regular size lanes and it wasn’t too bad. Everyone near us was respectful and so was the workers there in that particular area. It wasn’t till we ordered our food that it took over an hour to get inly to get undercooked cold pizza!!?? Like how do you mess up pizza? Drinks were flat and some were just carbonated water. The food by the end of the night started to hurt our stomachs with the little we ate because it was not done , we asked fora manager that never came , our kids were getting bored waiting so we just continued to the obstacle coarse . Let it slip. When we get to obstacles even though they tell you they will help your kid if they get stuck , or not allow for pushing of other kids etc… it was not even paid attention to , asked the guy to help my little one cause his ropes got stuck and he went over there to watch him do it himself? As if he didn’t want to touch kids because he did the same to multiple kids. Like definitely the wrong people working there like its a kids place. Then we go over to laser tag where the guy got frustrated on a children with problems. Then when we went to prize shop that guy gave us a attitude mind you that all the teenagers were looking after one another as i was asking for a manager , said things like idk where the manager is , think she went home , or just plain out had no responses. Like wth!? Saw another worker who looked not high and then got a manager through that worker! Manager came she looked like she didn’t want to deal with it either and saying kids will be kids!!?? Like is that your son or something? She was not empathetic, kind of giggled a little and didn’t even walk to the direction to speak with the employees for their input or have them walk to office or something. She continued to walk away. The place was not clean , it smelled like stinky carpet and the restrooms were not kept clean either. The entire work staff was rude and unprofessional and half the games didn’t work!!! If you said something about game not working they looked annoyed. Never will I ever come to this...
