Jimmy John’s has always one of me and my fiancés favorite place to go. Disappointed with the service and quality this time around. The guy who took my order was friendly and nice but the girl at the window didn’t tell me my total or say anything at all, just stuck her hand out the window and waited for me to hand her my card. I ordered 2 sandwich combos and a side of the pesto bow tie pasta salad. Before I drove away I took a quick look in the bad and saw that everything was there but when I got home and I bagged everything this is what the lid of the pasta salad said. “Use by 3.17” and todays date is 6/16/2024. Read moreI did not enjoy my visit to this location. I'm visiting the area for a swim meet, and I was so disappointed by the service I received. The cashier was neither polite nor communicative. Do I need to get my own cup? Do I get a receipt or a number for my order? I wouldn't know from our exchange. I chalked it up to a long day until the next customers came in. This cashier discovered her energy reserves for the young men behind me. Handed them a cup, gave their order number, even asked if they needed anything else. And was that a smile? How nice for her to find her manners. I usually try not to be annoyed by how young people treat mom-aged women, but if Chick Fil-A can figure out how to treat all customers, I'm not sure why others don't take notes. The sandwiches...
Read moreI was charged twice on different cards. The first card supposedly the transaction didn't go through; although, the pin pad stated it to remove card and that it was successfully process. I told them it went through according to the pin pad, so they said it didn't so I used a different bank account under the same bank and process on the pin pad, but supposedly it went through that time.
I sat down and checked my Chase mobile app and it shows the same transaction of both cards I have with Chase showing pending. I showed it to the cashier and MOD and I was told no it didn't go through so it shouldn't post.
Both transaction posted and now I misplaced the receipt.
