I'm giving this place 1 stars because I think it's a shame that the owner of this restaurant doesn't even bother to buy from his supplier cardboard or paper bowls to offer their customers a carcinogens-free option, they only have black plastic bowls , black plastic is known to have extreme amounts of carcinogens such as PFAS, Phthalates, BPA's, etc. plastic in general is really bad, but it gets worse when you put anything hot inside, even panda express has the option for a paper plate when you order, taco Palenque as well, if the owner of the franchise of this restaurant is reading this review, please understand that the NCI (national cancer institute) put out a report saying that right now at least 43% of all living Americans WILL BE DIAGNOSED WITH CANCER! That number is expected to go up every year, all you have to do as a franchisee is ask your manager to include paper bowls when they put in the order with sysco, THAT'S IT! It doesn't really cost you anything but it provides your customers with the option to reduce their intake of carcinogens. If you are the owner of this restaurant, and instead of you reacting with a sense of gratefulness for this feedback you get angry, that just means that you have never had a relative diagnosed with cancer so that's why you don't care... I will be checking your restaurant in a month, to see if you now have the option of offering paper plates/bowls, if you do start offering them as option, I will come back and remove this post, but please understand that you are literally increasing significantly the cancer risk of your customers when they eat out of those black...
Read more12/8/2024 After seeing this location showcased on Elder Eats, we decided to give it a try, dine in. My son and I both ordered a large spicy (madness sauce) orange chicken. The cashier said this was the spiciest sauce, no spice. My son had white rice, and I selected fried which is a dollar more. Cashier was very nice and asked if we wanted to make it a combo which adds a side and drink, we agreed and both selected the egg roll. My total was $40 for two. Seating is TIGHT. Took abt 15 minutes to get our food. Drinks are self serve. Food came out piping hot. That’s a good thing. However, when a customer has to pay more for fried rice, we expect it to taste like fried rice, with the sear of the wok, sesame oil. This was basically the bland brown rice mixed w scrambled egg, some frozen peas and carrots and maybe some soy sauce. The chicken is so coated in breading and diced small that we couldn’t tell if it was all crust or actual pieces of chicken. I’m sure there was chicken in there, just overly coated for how small the pieces were. Veggies were al dented, par boiled maybe, not stir fried. Maybe that was a miss on my part. The egg roll and dipping sauce were pretty darn good. You do get lots of food, so if I were to return, which is unlikely, I’d get a medium or small. I can’t get over the price. In my opinion, it’s not worth $20...
Read moreWe have eaten here before when they first opened up and this past Saturday on the occasion of a birthday sleepover for my daughter’s birthday made a catering order. And to quote one of our guest, “the food was delicious!! And I regret nothing.” We ate to our hearts content and after that, ate some more. The quality food is exceptional, we had the chicken teriyaki bar which includes accompaniments of your choice and veggies we chose noodles and fried rice. And we ordered the chicken egg rolls ( a must try). The chicken was very lean, honestly I saw no fat hanging off the meat like some places. You get as I said quality meat that feels like you’re not getting cheap or lower quality products. They offer their customers the very best and the prices are beyond reasonable, especially for the quality of food they serve. We had three orders of the chicken teriyaki trays. And all three were consistently the same. The customer service? As soon as I placed my order on line, I got a call. We discussed my order and I asked questions and got straight forward answers. It was amazing. We are military family and we’ve eaten at pretty amazing places. This is definitely in our top five. A 5-star...
