We drove all the way to the park an were so disappointed to have spent all that on a shyty order so my mom took pics an called an complained right then an there so 10 days passed but my mom's fone was stolen in between an so she called again gave the corporate office a call to give them my number an then when we showed up they treated us like we were liers. They took my mom's receipt an a piece of paper wher she wrote the dates an all just in case it would rub off the receipt which it did. So they asked us again an again if wat we ordered was this cuz they couldn't see it on receipt we said look at paper but nope they said we'll im asking if this is watu said. Til another customer said for them to get the damn receipt there not gna say it again. As she waited for her order she said she had stopped going to that store for about 5 yrs an then to go bk for rude service flies around food an no one listening to anyone's orders just doing wat they wanted. So for this all the min our order came stil wasn't right even when my mom said she did the survey too they got more mad an decided to tell her if u don't like this don't come bk why come bk. Read moreSo one thing I always noticed when going through the drive thru is they tell me to pull around and they’ll bring my food out. Typically idc because I understand they don’t want to show hold times on their metrics for the corporate when making us wait “x” amount of minutes . But as customers it’s annoying. Fast food is suppose to be fast food. Well, especially this visit at 430 pm. Just to order. It took them to respond at the menu after 8 minutes with just two cars ahead of me. Then proceeded to say, wait time will be longer then normal after I paid. So I had no choice I suppose. So pull around to the front. And this guy that works there thought since, quoting the lady statement time, “they’re so backed up” on all the others waiting for their food to just chat about the persons car for about 7 minutes laughing and giggling away. When he finally goes back. I had already been waiting for about 24 minutes. Fast forward another 6 minutes with no one inside keeping it busy. I finally walked in. And asked the same guy, “do you perhaps know how much longer my a6 will be? “. His reply, “ no idea “ rolling his eyes and as if I was bugging him doing his job. and the whole time he had his phone in his hand and even when at the drive thru when he was takin payment for another customer while I was in there. When he finally gave me my bag, he didn’t say one word other then his facial remarks was a clear indicator I was bugging him. Honestly, I’m going to start going to the other location clear across the town. Never again will I go here.
If you can look up the camera corporate , you will see there was another 7-8 cars waiting. With it not being busy at all.

There were some other customers that came in that were extremely rude because they had to wait a few minutes longer than what they were hoping for and I understand that, but the people were working as fast as they could when problems arose and they were polite, a little quiet, but still polite and when we did get our food, it took probably about between 10 and 15 minutes but it was hot and it was fresh and it was very delicious and they checked on us several times cuz we dined in. I think sometimes people forget all the times when they have made mistakes or weren't performing perfectly and needed a little bit of mercy and patience. I'm glad for all the people who have showed me mercy and patience when I needed it. So I'm more than willing to give it to those who I can see are actually trying and even if it was bad service you can say things and approach things the right way without lowering yourself to that level of pompous self righteousness.
