Stopped by since it’s new to the neighborhood and we weren’t even able to try the food. We walked in, ordered, only one table was waiting for food. We proceeded to wait for 30 solid minutes, with several people walking in after us and getting their food. Mobile orders continued to be sat in the window. The two women working at the counter talked amongst themselves and were very distracted, passing a phone back and forth talking to someone. We finally got up and asked how much longer it would be because for a quick service spot it was getting ridiculous. Turns out the kitchen had no ticket for us, and the servers had just watched us sit there for a half an hour. We asked for a refund and left. Also note that the drink machine and tea brewers tasted foul.

Well they were out of salmon, chicken katsu, and steak. They didnt tell us until after we ordered and sat down. We adjusted our order to have just one protein in the large bowl and then watched everyone else that came in after us get their food. They did give us a coupon for two free bowls. We ordered at 8:07 and we got the food at 9. They then brought only part of one order left off the crab rangoon and didnt make any of the adjusted order. Slowly but surely trying everything on the menu and so far nothing has disappointed. The manager has been very kind and the workers have also been super nice as well. They want to make sure that you return, and they actually remember you if you do come by frequently And I've only been two or three times now. It's one of my new favorite places to be honest.
