Time and again, this store location was a disappointment. I've talked to numerous employees on different shifts about food issues, bathroom issues, store cleanliness, with the daytime employees being the worst to have to deal with, although the second shift is not really any better. During this time, I only went there for convenience since they were the nearest to my location. I've since stopped patronizing that business because the management, especially Maria who runs the store, obviously does not care about order accuracy and hygiene of the restaurant. Her employees need training on the register, and how to clean the dining room and bathroom, as well as keeping both stocked with customer needs. The female bathroom is always unclean and unkept: main trashcan overflowing, sink area a mess, paper towel dispenser always jammed/not working, and the trashcan in each stall is way too big for the small space in there and in the way of the toilet and the door. I brought all of this to management and nothing improved. When it comes to placing your order, their new employees are untrained on the register. If your order isn't right, the employees and manager will argue with you. Monica is the coffee refill detective who gives you a hard time about your refill. There's a male manager who works the afternoon to closing shift that barely understands or speaks English and when he gets frustrated, he says he's not going to help you anymore. On each shift you can witness employees standing around talking to each other with their backs turned against the customers. Instead of the front counter person cleaning the dining area or tending to the bathrooms, they just stand at the register doing nothing or are on their phone. They don't stock the straws and napkins in the dining room, and the tables, floors, and trash are ignored. This is one of the most staffed locations I've seen and yet next to nothing gets done with all those employees on the clock. Perhaps it's time to replace the store manager and shift managers with people who will get the duties done and place customer care as a high priority. And yes, I've done the receipt surveys expressing these same complaints as well as speaking in person to management - they just don't care at...
Read moreThis morning I drove through to get a free iced coffee with my points. At the speaker box I ordered a vanilla iced coffee with oat milk. And she said it was going to be $3 so I assumed that was an extra charge for adding flavor and an alternative milk. Which I was fine with. Got to the window and paid then pulled up to get my item and another attendant handed me oatmeal plus the coffee. I kindly said “I didn’t order oatmeal, I said oat milk for the coffee” and she stared at me and said “yea you ordered oatmeal” and I said again, kindly “no oatmilk for in the coffee” then she said “idk what the hell that is” then walked away and yelled for her other teammates. Two of the women were shaking their head and making a big fuss at me. Then the girl who took my order came to the window and said “I heard you clear as day say oatmeal” and I responded by saying “I know they sound similar but I said oatmilk. For the coffee”
Mind you I was very calm and respectful this whole time.
Then she said “I don’t know what you’re talking about” then rolled her eyes and said “just give it here” and put her hand out. I said “give you what?” And she said “your card?” In a rude tone. Then walked away with it. A couple minutes go by then she comes back and says “all do respect, why’d you give me your card to pay if you knew you got a free coffee?” And I explained to her that I thought I was charged for flavor and an alternative milk. Then she rolled her eyes again and gave me my card back.
Then I was waiting at the window and the other woman was there working on orders. I got her attention and she was like “oh you want your coffee?” And I said “yes of course.” And she gave it to me and shut the window immediately.
Very rude staff and I don’t understand why they made such a big fuss about something that was such a minor...
Read moreFirst, I’d like to make it very clear that I have NEVER had an issue with this location since I moved here in December. I have no clue what’s happening today but everything seemed chaotic, the guy taking orders, although sweet, seemed super confused and overwhelmed and your managers proved to be very clueless.
I asked how to order a cookie tote from the mobile app so I could use a coupon on my order $2 off of $10 (which I HAVE ordered multiple times from THIS location in the past three months) and he told me to pull up to the next window so they could help me. I sat for four minutes and no one said anything to me — I kept waving and while three employees looked at me (Hispanic lady manager, precious, and blonde lady at window) none opened the window until I started aggressively waving.
I was then told they had no clue on how to help with a mobile order so I surrendered and got in line to manually order the cookie tote & just made a regular order through the app.
When I got to the window AFTER placing a mobile order, I’m now told they don’t have a cookie tote and never have. Which is bs because I have ordered it multiple times from YOUR location. 13 cookies...comes out to be like $5ish.
At this point, I’m sick of this experience and ask them to cancel my entire order and they agree. As I drive off — I receive a charge for my mobile order. So now I’ve been charged for food I didn’t receive and have to drive 10 minutes back to your location to pick up food....AFTER I already ordered food elsewhere. I’m SO UPSET with how everything was handled at...
