I visited McDonald’s around 10:30PM and had an extremely disappointing experience with both crew and management. While attempting to place my order, the young lady at the speaker was consistently rude and kept interrupting me. When I informed her that my order was missing a medium fry, she said, “No you’re not,” in a dismissive tone. I asked her to read back my order: 2 fries, 3 drinks, 2 sandwiches, and a 10-piece nugget clearly missing the medium fry. She insisted she was right. I asked her to add the medium fry. Paid and received my change and receipt. Medium still missing. Still at the first window, I tried to speak with a manager, but the worker closed and locked the window.
At the second window, received my drinks then food. Missing the medium fry. I asked for a manager she came to the window and said “what do you want from me”. I was at a loss for words at this point. The manager admitted she could hear the orders because she was wearing a headset but said, “I’m too busy to correct everyone.” I reminded her that as a manager, her role includes coaching staff on good customer service, especially since speed of service is crucial at the speaker.
I asked again for my missing medium fry. Instead of resolving the issue politely, she charged me for it. No problem! I paid and received my change but no receipt until I asked. When I finally looked, I noticed she charged me for a large fry, not a medium. Then she abruptly closed the window. Like I was inconveniencing her.
This entire situation felt avoidable and unprofessional. While I understand things get busy and staffing is challenging, this kind of behavior reflects poorly on the brand. Customer service starts with accurate orders and respectful communication, especially from management. I’m disappointed and hope this feedback leads to improvement at...
Read moreLet's see... I have been to this location multiple times and never really had an issue or terrible service.. until tonight's experience. We go through the drive through and place our order, all is good and we drive up to the window. The worker repeats back our order... only part of it was correct: we asked for a meal & 2 mc doubles-dry.. she somehow heard biscuits instead of mc doubles. Trying to get it corrected was about a 3 minute fiasco. We finally get the order clear and repeat it again and emphasized the mc doubles to be dry. We pay and get the order.. we check the burgers and the mc doubles are wrong; they gave us plain and dry. I've been ordering hamburgers for a long time now.. and I'm pretty sure it's universal that : Plain- is without toppings and Dry- is without sauces. The manager comes to the window and I simply ask if I could get a side order of pickles and onions since they weren't on the burger. The manager looks with a lifeless expression and says "oh, you asked for dry". I replied "yes I did, but we were given plain and dry ". Her response was "oh, at this location dry means plain and dry". I asked again politely for the toppings on the side and she goes to get them. Then the original drive through employee comes back to the window (I'm assuming with the next cars order) opens he window and says it'll be $$ for your order.. I look at her in the eyes and say.. "um, it's still me... same person you just gave he food to". Her response was "I didn't know, did you not order this..... (repeats the order)". At his point I sarcastically start laughing and tell her, I'm the same person that you just gave food to... we haven't left... she backed away from the window and the manager gave me the box with the toppings. I guess this was the sign to stop eating fast food.. I doubt Mc Donald's will miss...
Read moreWorst experience here at this Mc Donald’s. So I got off from work really late, I was hungry and sleepy, I went to this place to get burgers for me and my boyfriend, and when I got to my home, I opened the bag and I saw a bunch of nuggets and French fries, I got into a fight with my boyfriend because of that, we came back to Mc Donald’s to return this food and the Drive thru lane was too big that we gave up, so we went to Whataburger to pick up food but I was so mad that I didn’t want to eat, I came back to Mc Donald’s by myself to return the food, I asked if somebody speaks Spanish (nobody), I got more mad!, then I said what happened and I just wanted my money back and this girl asked me if I have the food with me (omg, instead of saying “I apologize, we’ll give you your money back” but no, “did you bring the food?” they might think I’m lying or making this up) anyway of course I had their food with me. Finally I could control myself by the time I got to the window, i think the manager apologized for what happened and I just drove away, I almost didn’t even say a word because I don’t want people see me like that. I ended up eating an hour after I supposed to eat. The most hilarious thing was that they charged me for my burgers but they gave me nuggets, and the girl on the bell wasn’t even helpful, because I wanted my burgers in a certain way but she wanted me to pick up a number, and honestly I was too tired to read the numbers, I just said “please make it like this and charge me whatever you...
