Since this place opened several months ago, I have gone in a few times and had uneven outcomes but the food is generally good and cooked after ordering.
I have wrestled with wether or not to post this but have decided I should.
Today I ordered the signature burger (double cheeseburger) and french fries. The burger looked amazing with the gooey cheese hanging out the sides.
The french fries I believe were overcooked as they were crunchy like pretzels. After a few bites into my burger I bit down on something hard. After removing it from my mouth I found a hard plastic bread bag clip.
Trying to be diplomatic I handed this over to the manager who said he would talk to his employees about this and then he walked away.
I expected at least an apology and maybe comp the order or maybe a free shake. I sat inside the place for another 10 minutes to allow them to do something but nothing happened.
Update Today I returned and quite sheepishly explained to Angel (the manager on duty) the email I received from the owner. It said to ask for the GM and they would make it right for me with a few options available. She told me the GM was off today but in her words āitās okay, I got you.ā I asked for the exact same meal so as not to take advantage of a bad situation for both sides. When she handed me the meal she further said that if it wasnāt right or if I wanted something else she would be happy to do so.
The meal was as I anticipated⦠it was good.
Before I left I asked for her name so I could include it in this review. Shout out to management, look for Angel to be a quickly rising star. Her customer handling, empathy and true desire to help is commendable.
As for the company response I do apologize for this public forum but I felt like you could and should have done better. The email I received not only accepted fault but took ownership of the previous visit. Additionally it detailed steps the employees should have taken, letting me know that the owner had been down this road before and policies are designed for this but just not put into practice that single visit. Making the multiple options available to remedy the situation and hopefully save a customer was good.
Iām happy to report the bump in the road is in my rear view mirror and look forward to eating there again. For this I have changed...

Sadly, When we got our food it wasnāt made the way we ordered (we ordered 3 burgers all double meat 2 plain and dry just the meat and the bun and 1 with everything sauce on the side added bacon) instead we got 2 burgers just cheese my husband went up to the counter a lady with a black shirt came up & asked what he needed he told her the burgers were supposed to be plain no cheese she said sheāll remake them she went to the line and came back when he sat down to eat the burgers were the same burgers we handed to her they still had cheese so he went back again and ask if they could please fix them because they still had cheese. She grabbed them and after a while came back with the burgers this time plain and dry but only 1 Pattie she also handed us a remake receipt. She never apologized just grabbed them and walked away We could see her being annoyed because we asked for a remake again she just kept looking at us from the line then When I opened my burger that was supposed to have everything it was just meat and the bun at this point my son was already hungry and we were frustrated because they kept making the burgers wrong we just ate what we have got because I wasnāt going to wait for them to remake the order for a 3rd time and felt uncomfortable asking her to fix it. I hate to be this type of person I work in a restaurant and I know how it is but my son didnāt get to eat, my husband didnāt get what he ordered and my burger was not what I had ask for it to be plus the lady seemed annoyed by us. The prices were excellent and the food was made to order. It came off the grill hot and ready to eat. We had the burger combo and it was only $7.45. It came with a large drink, and over abundance of fresh fries, made to order,, and the condiments on the burger were crisp and fresh. There is a drink station and the drinks are good and tasty. They have unseeet and sweet tea. We ordered a small shake for $2.59 after. We bought the oatmeal chocolate chip cookies, and banana š nut š„ bread š All made fresh and piping hot. Plenty of options to choose from on the menu and healthy options as well. The service was non stop and the employees were ALL chipping in and cleaning counters, tables, chairs, work and food prep area. I was told about the app and I was told it is not a "rewards" app yet but, there are plenty of perks for people who have the app and something about no delivery fees for delivery if you use their app to order.
