Panda Express — Restaurant in San Antonio

Went thru drive thru at 4248 S. New Braunfels St. Tuesday September 24, 2024 around 7:40 pm to purchase food for fam & they got my order wrong. Drove all the way bk & had a lady come to Drive thru window & act as if she was the owner. She became a Karen & kept repeating that all she would do was add broccoli to the totally wrong order 🤯 someone please train this lady in customer service & common sense smh. I then asked for my money to jus b returned. Female employee said they give "NO REFUNDS !!!" Then a female manager came & said well we can give money bk but it will take "weeks" for u to get it bk. Ok Seriously? Then still give it bk... Now a male manager came to window, I then asked him for my money bk but he said he would correct food order & give a gift card, I felt this would b fair for all the trouble I went thru. But then I saw him keep smiling at "The Karen" as if he wasn't even going to correct her, this is why employees act the way they do w customers bc some Managers jus play too much, took food bk to Fam & Seriously smh... Look all I can say is Never going to Panda express again & not jus this one on S. New Braunfels St. I mean any of them smh They jus lost a Huge family of...

I come here twice a week to feed my family. I had placed an order Not knowing I wasn’t going to be able to pick up before closing. (Got stuck replacing a flat tire) My card was charged immediately after placing my order, I tried calling to cancel but since they were close to closing they didnt answer the calls. I called the next morning to speak to the manager, he was being very rude and said that he had to throw food away because I didn’t pick up and that he was not going to refund the money. I said that’s fine, can I just pick up my order that I paid for and he said yes. I told him I would call before going in to pick it up but again I was busy that day and did not make it in. I called the next day and he just straight up said he’s not going to give me nothing at all and no refund because it had to been refunded the “day of” which was 30 minutes before closing. I’m not mad about being charged or not getting my meal replaced. I’m upset at how this manager is representing this franchise. Very unprofessional, my order was only $20 and he’s acting like it’s coming out of his pocket or it’s hurting the restaurant. Very embarrassing, do better...

On 7/30/2023-Sunday. We decided to enjoy Panda Express delicious fresh tasty food off East Southcross and 37 South. Everything here on their menu is always fresh! I ordered the Chicken and Green beans with the thin noodles and egg roll! My daughter ordered the Sesame chicken 1/2 fried rice 1/2 thin noodles and Spring rolls. The gentleman Tien was extremely polite, friendly, courteous and professional. GM Derrick had at least 10 employees as his crew that day to my amazement every employee were busy, not in each other's way but very cordial and polite helping each other assisting us consumers. The food was so overwhelming delicious! We want to thank GM Derrick for having a great crew here. To Tien, keep up your excellent customer service and as you are a hard working fabulous employee! Thank you so much! To the District Manager, GM Derrick needs recognition bcuz he has excellent professional dependable customer service employees!...
