I dont know abou you, but when I have pizza Hut pizza i plan on spending more, but usully a lot better than most. I m abt to move and wanted to have my last good meal at my apt so i ordered from the downtown location. Stuffed crust pepperoni w extra cheese and black olives. Worst pizza ever! The highlight was the nice delivery guy. It was iced cold, obviously rewarmed and olives on top of cheese. No garlic butter( which i called to make sure i had, delivered 2 hrs after i ordered and 45 minutes after store closed. $21 plus tip. There was an immediate survey which included the store so i thought id hear some kind of apology. Nothing. So i did another one. Still nothing. Third or forth day i callled. The mgr offered $10 off cause i was so late. I told him abt the surveys, and told him if it were delivered in the 47-54min he would have heard right away. Or if corp actually included his store? I told him that would mean at least half was edible. NOT! I will never order from this store. Rude. Obviously they knew they rewarmed it. If i took the $10 off would mean id have to deal w them again. Not worth it. Go to Quik Trip, QT and get an x-large 3 topping for less than $10. Awesome good! Screw pizza Hut! Downtown location anyway. Tourist Trap! (Ps. The star was for the delivery guy!)

1/02/2023 Update: I ordered delivery and my order arrived incorrect. I paid extra for additional toppings and the toppings were missing. I called the store and after three tries, they finally answered. They told me that the additional toppings were out of stock. I understand that happens. However, they never attempted to contact me to let me know. They knowingly made the pizza wrong and still decided to send it out. They refused to give me a refund saying they couldn't because the pizzas were delivered. If they had told me in the first place that they were going to be delivered wrong, I would've canceled and this whole thing could've been avoided and I would've saved all the money they refuse to refund me. I did NOT receive what we paid for. This is unacceptable. Original review: I don't know what I was expecting, but it wasn't this. My pizzas arrived late and damaged. These photos were taken right as I opened the box. I didn't tamper with them. I don't know if they were dropped or if the driver took a speedy corner and my pizzas got some air time, but seriously. What is this? In addition to the abysmal state of their arrival, they were dry. Not enough sauce and not enough pineapple. And they were doughy/soggy and limp.

NOW I remember why I stopped picking up dinner here every Thursday. Service has not improved in a year. Perhaps that is inevitable when management hires to have bodies present but clearly does not foster critical thinking skills. I ordered online, pulled up a few minutes before order was scheduled to be ready, called and was told they knew I was waiting in the curbside pickup space and would bring the order out as soon as it is ready. Two hours later, after I had completed an entire meeting on Zoom while waiting for them to cook the pasta that I had hoped to take home before the meeting began, someone finally agreed to refund the order but had the audacity to print the receipt "canceled order made". Words fail, and apparently also does any interest by employees of this restaurant to prepare any order that is less than 5 giant pizzas. One thing I remember from the few months when the service seemed reliable is that the service seemed to vary inversely with tip given. So perhaps I would get better service by giving no tip to those preparing the food. I am just not willing to do that. Perhaps I am too optimistic.

I originally placed my order on line, but after submitting I had forgot to add something. I called the pizza hut and got transferred to the call center when a girl answered. I added the desert on to the order and she proceeded to tell me that there will be an additional charge on my card. no problem The thing is, I ordered this order for my children who are at home while I am at work. I did not leave them any cash because I knew I could take care of it with my card. The order gets delivered, the driver states that the transaction has not been paid and he can not leave the food. I check my on line banking and I have FOUR charges with PIZZA HUT. All had been reimbursed, and nothing was paid for. I called the pizza hut and got transferred again to the pizza hut call center I was hung up on three different times, the last time I asked to be transferred to a manager and he just kept sitting there not transferring me. He then hung up on me too when I asked calmly to PLEASE BE TRANSFERED. My fifth attempt now I finally get to a manager. The manager states I have to re order the order and that he's sorry for the inconvenience and can only add a $7 credit for the inconvenience. GUESSSSSS WHAT tho!? My bank put a hold on my card with PIZZA HUT because of the amount of times they charged and reimbursed me in a short 30 minute time frame. So now most importantly not only do my kids not have there dinner, I have wasted an hour of my time on the phone to only end the experience with out it getting resolved. I ended up calling Dominos where I had no problem. I am truly VERY UN HAPPY WITH MY EXPERIENSE. The customer service that I got from the call center...

Worse customer service I have ever received at this location.. I have been coming here for years and had never encountered a situation like today.. the young lady Olivia was super rude..my pizza was supposed to be ready at 8:14pm she stated it was going to be a while I asked if there was a an approximate time she said no because they are backed up then I said To her I would like an approximate time so maybe I could just leave and return she rudely responded with sarcasm that I would just have to wait just like every one else because they weren’t gonna rush my order because they were backed up on deliveries.. I was just wanting and approximate ready time so then I asked for manager she said I would have to wait 30 minutes for him because he was making pizzas I politely asked to speak to him as I wanted my money back and again she very rude responded I could hold up the line if I wanted to but I had to wait 20 or 30 minutes to speak to manager.. the manager did promptly come up and excused himself as orders were delayed due to a big order he had prior but explained the process of refund and assisted Olivia with processing by refund he did let her know to advise me when to enter my card for the refund which she did not do I had to basically guess when it was time for me to enter my card and money was refunded… I will definitely not be coming back to this location… Olivia has no customer service skills, she needs more training as to how to assist customers with respect… Thanks to the manager for being respectful and...
