I officially despise this club due to the management and management alone. I have called the club a total of 8 times in the past 2 days and every time I have waited for an answer for over 2 minuets just to be put on hold to never be directed to the department I am calling for in that entire time (I usually wait for 5-6 minuets before hanging up and calling again). Now, I can imagine the retort, âThat sounds like the faculty, not the management.â However, allow me my rebuttal that about half of the calls Iâve made have been answered by a manager. I know this because I used to work at this club for about a year so I know the managers on staff. The behavior and attitude of the management team at this store is unbearably underperformed. This is my first time writing a review for this company and store in the 3 years of my membership, and although I have found this store to preform subpar, I have never seen a reason to write a review until now. The entire reason for my call is to have a change of address for my W-2 and to speak to the financial department in the store, seeing as how when I went into the store twice in the last 2 weeks the department âwent home alreadyâ by 4:30pm-5:30pm. The only manager on duty I spoke to did not know the Walmart/Samâs Club corporate number (which I found on my own), and it was later discussed with me that the fastest method to remedy my situation would be to call the store and speak to the department when they are there. To no avail... My only hope in writing this review is that there is a possibility that a district manager or director will see this and either help me directly (assuming they have the ability) or to at the very least pull the store into line.    Read moreI particularly really like doing my shopping at this Sam's location. I literally live a mile and a half from the nearest Sam's club to me. However, big thanks to a young lady by the name of Vanessa. She truly went way above and beyond to provide stellar customer service. I get some protein shakes, that have been part of my daily diet for three years now. Well, I noticed that they were sold out on the aisle i normally find them at. Well, I was a bit disappointed that I would have to either come back another time, or go to another Sam's club that i personally prefer not to visit. Well, Vanessa, as I was at the self check out line. Noticed I had made several attempts to find my shakes. I mentioned to her which ones I was looking for. She, took the time to look on her phone and I'm assuming looked at their inventory. She noticed that there was indeed a full pallet on a second shelf, she then got someone to bring it down with a forklift, just for me. I, myself if anyone. Really appreciates excellent and exquisite customer service. She really didn't have to, but went above and way beyond to provide that type of service. I then went and spoke with her supervisor on duty, to point out just how amazing she was. I then thanked her and told her to keep doing what she's doing. For people like me, truly appreciate your stellar customer service. That being said, is why I prefer to go out of my way, drive 6 miles to this particular location.    Read moreI had two Goodyear all weather Assurance tires installed by Samâs on 4/21 & 5/5. Then on 5/6 I had another flat but decided to take it to discount tire. They informed me my new tires had a tire tread reading of an 8. Both should have been brand new tires as had to wait for them to be ordered then installed. I went to the Dezavala Samâs location on 5/7 to discuss and the associate and manager, Keith, both also saw a tread of 8. Although the computer notes should have been a 9. So I explained how is a new tire already worn. Got the run around about still have a warranty and minimal difference, but thatâs besides the point if have to use said warranty sooner rather than later due to tire life being less than should be. We agreed to have new tires ordered and check the tread on those before being placed on any vehicle and see if the manufacturer is in fact supplying poor quality tires. Needless to say Keith did not follow up and when I called the store on 5/19 to follow up kept being placed on hold after being told tires in stock but would not have manager come to phone, even got disconnected and called back only to have no one answer after 45mins. Samâs club is cheating their customers selling faulty tires and not owning up to their or manufactures faulty product. I wouldnât have known had been sold faulty tires. My prior tires were a 5 on tread and only about 30k miles used. They claim warranty will cover but youâre still paying and much sooner due to wear. Never will use them again,...
