So, my first time here and the experience was terrible. I went thru the drive thru, because the place was packed and I didn't want to get off. The drive thru took about 25 minutes, and bad for a place that just started, but the girl who was taking the orders needs a lot of customer training, she was short with her answers, she was very frustrated because she could not hear me, there has to be a problem with the system, or she had the volume turned way down in her headset. She was not happy to be working, you could see it un her face when I finally got our orders in and went to pay. Now to the food, I travel a lot for work, and have been to many restaurants and airports, I have had many sliders and this is nothing what I have ever had. The sliders are small, smaller than what I have had before. The buns were cold the burger was plain, nothing special about it. The fries made up for it, I would have given a 1 star if the fries were bad, but they were Great. They are the crinkle cut and were very hot, very well cooked, perfect to me, and there are choices of lemon pepper, which I had, Cajun, and I think regular. There are 2 sliders per combo, Oh she was confused, because I was going off the full menu and it is not the same at the drive thru, so confusion there. My daughter had the chicken combo, 3 sliders with fries, but they were really small. I also understand the place is new, but they should have researched the area, high crime, lots of homeless, not a good part of town to start off in. I will give it another month and try again, hopefully they will have worked out the problems I encountered. As always check them out yourself and my 2 cents.

Wow. So I used to love this place. Probably? gave it 5 stars when it opened plus 5 months or so. It's now been open a year and a half or two years maybe.. I couldn't be more appalled by the fall this place has taken. No longer 24 hours. Unfortunate but not the end of the world. However, at 8 pm operating a drive through with one person.... rough. I had to wait 23 minutes simply to get my order taken and that's from the moment they said hi please hold on, until the moment they came back. The guy in front of me ordered and the they made his meal and gave it.to him before getting my order. Absolutely insane. By the time I ordered there were.5 cars behind me. They said they didn't have the slush machine working right now, but when I got to the window the machine was clearly just off and hadn't been started or run up, likely to avoid the extra thing to clean at the end of the shift. My order was missing it's fries and despite asking for ketchup and being told it was in the bag I pulled off only to realize no it wasn't. Since I waited nearly 40 min for fast food already I made myself into a full-bore dayren and walked up to the window and interjected. (In retrospect very immature and potentially dangerous l/sketchy in Texas where someone might think I was trying to rob the window and shoot me) I won't be back and ai highly recommend no one else bothers. Food was crazy bad also. The pics should speak for themselves. Again this used to be my spot.for late night and I would drive across town back one year ago. Now I would take a round to the clavicle to avoid it.

I had such a wonderful experience here! From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly and made to feel right at home. The hospitality was truly outstanding, and a huge part of that was thanks to Chris and Emily. Chris was incredibly attentive, always checking in at just the right moments without ever making me feel rushed. He clearly takes pride in his work and made sure everything was perfect throughout the meal. Emily was just as fantastic she was so friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and her genuine warmth really added to the whole experience. Together, they created such a welcoming and comfortable atmosphere that made the meal even more memorable. The food itself was just as impressive. Each dish was beautifully prepared with care, full of fresh flavors, and plated with such attention to detail. Every bite was delicious, and you can tell the kitchen takes great pride in what they serve. Overall, between the outstanding food and the incredible service from Chris and Emily, this was easily one of the best dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. I’ll definitely be back soon, and I’ll be recommending this place (and their amazing staff) to friends and family!

I absolutely LOVE burgers and love trying new burgers. When I saw this new place not far from my house I was excited to try it. It was underwhelming to say the least.

My order: I had fries with the house seasoning, 2 x steakhouse rib-eye, 2 x boomin' chicken and the savvy signature "big".

Fries were warm and overall decent. Most fast food places are hit or miss and you get cold Fries on occasion, i feel like they wouldnt give you cold fries here. That being said, I can't classify this as fast food, I had 2 people ahead of me in the drive through and it took close to 20 minutes for me to get my food.

Steakhouse Rib-eye: this burger to me was great. Had a lot of flavour and a great taste. My wife didn't think it had much flavor and added ketchup to it and still thought it was lackluster claiming it was "all mushrooms and no meat". That being said, I could see myself coming here to get 2 of these once in a while when I'm randomly craving it.

Boomin' Chicken: My wife liked it more than the steakhouse but said she would never order it again. To me it had some flavour on a few bites but overall was pretty bland. I'd never eat this slider again.

Savvy Signature: We both agree it's as middle of the road as a burger can be. Wasn't bad, wasn't anything I would ever crave and isn't anything I'd go out and buy again.

Overall: I'm glad I got to experience this place and will probably go back to try the Rib-eye slider again. Other than that slider, everything was average to below average at an above average price. You can get better burgers for similar or cheaper cost at multiple places within 10 mins of this place like Mr. Juicy or even Shake Shack. And burgers of SLIGHTLY lesser quality, in a quarter of the time, and a quarter of the price, 1 minute down the road at McDonalds or Wendys. Overall the quality of the food didn't justify the price and the length of time it took to get the food was too long. The only reason this is 3 stars and not 2 is the fries were warm and the...
