I came alone single widowed mother of lovely children one with serious medical condition and special needs came down to my fav Texas body of water Riverwalk last night. I know I am not alone with my God and my angels in the San Antonio Police Department #SAPD I felt very safe and they didn’t bother me when I went down the wrong way or when I went down the wrong road that was refreshing in itself! it was a little late it was quiet but it was beautiful it was warm weather and it was lit up like a Christmas tree and I look up like a Christmas tree when I saw the Piazza Italia park along the new expansion of our romantic lovely SA Rive walk It is the second most visited city in San Antonio Alamo being the number one tourist attraction next door! A lovely waterfall bringing tranquility to my walk and amazement of what beauty lies ahead like a gift that keeps giving San Antonio is known for these enhancements of their Riverwalk, which is so wonderful to me and our communities that the entire community and the Bexar County justice system came together and agreed on the new San Pedro Creek alongside the new UTSA School of Business and Technology. & Almost adjacent to Santa Rosa children’s hospital where wonderful Do tors Nurses & Health Care Staff we my son and i and Italiano Familia lived annually for the past 15 years. Visualizing the new #LittleItaly Little Italy warmed my heart to a point where I was so happy inside to feel like I, we also belong in this wonderful city too and the new addition Soap Factory affordable apartment home housing are absolutely beautiful surrounding new park! Mi amore angels brought me here last night 12162022 wow …2017 we relocated back to California children’s hospitals again, now we’re back in Austin’s Great Healthcare System. In Real Estate, they say location is everything and this park is a great example of this. Originally Cris Columbus Park, It had been renamed La Plaza Italia. All covering the fact that this location is believed to be one of three sites that were a Spanish mission, and due to changes give control eventually its current location as a more as a Texian Fort. Its a great place especially in comparison to what it used to be like as far as the kind of people that would go there and be there. This entire neighborhood with the help of certain select city officials and contractors have turned this lil part of town into a truly beautiful unique place. Im so grateful to have watched it transform grow and change. Is truly a blessing. I encourage anyone to come check it out.
