Next step was to mail in the heart monitor for the results and the clinic says they "lost the results" this was told when she came into the appt for the heart monitor results 1.they didnt even know what she was coming in for and 2.they make my mom come in for no reason. Some of the girls at the clinic, you tried to get refilled. Some of them are very rude. And very unprofessional they are the ones that are not in pain that need help. You are a patient. They don't seem to care about you. They don't seem to understand that you need your medication, and they always want to make you feel like you're not important, like you don't know what you're talking about.
