Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in San Antonio

You cannot beat the prices the freshness and the quality and quantity that you get hands down. Me and my fiance have been on an extreme budget and pretty much living off the 999 to $12.99 stuffed crust cheese pepperoni pizza so the pizza is like a large pepperoni with the stuffed crust only being cheese. Normally it's 999 or 1299 you cannot be this guy's it feels stupid up it is amazing it's the most delicious stuff across I've ever had now we messed up the other day in order the large pepperoni stuffed crust with cheese and pepperoni so it had pepperoni and cheese in the crust with butter and parmesan I guess brushed on it with way more pepperonis wow y'all I think this one was $12.99 or 1399 yeah I was unbelievable I'm not really a pepperoni person but man we needed the calories cuz we can only have the two meals a day and this right here guys is how you get calories and don't starve and you live off a budget and the freshness and quality is beyond what you could expect. I wish their app had a button though where you could just put light sauce me and my fiance have sensitive stomachs so we don't normally eat pizza and we're very careful about our tomatoes and acids Even with that we still just eat it as is and are happy but if I could tell the developers in the store cuz you can never get through on the phone over there I would love to have a button that says light sauce that I'm telling you for people that have stomach acid problems and digestion that would be the perfect pizza I've ever had in my life on a budget that's beyond delicious and man you got to try the stuffed breadsticks but their stuff with cheese they only get three for like 350 wow that's a treat. And I guess I don't have to say one more there's a 699.79 special pepper and pizza with bread sticks My god the 799 sticks with bacon and I mean bacon and the other half of pepperoni guys this is incredible I still love the stuffed crust with cheese in it because it's Divine but wow that bacon that Little Caesar has on that pizza for $79 He's beyond flavorful delicious and how did they afford to sell it to us at those prices I think Little Caesars should step up the game and be the number one pizza in America because guys the freshness the quality the buttery the parmesan the stuff across the cheese how are they in business at those prices now I'm not suggesting Little Caesars corporate America you raise any prices cuz I would not buy your pieces you know we have Marcos and mighty mushrooms Mars and all that where if we went to gourmet pizza and money doesn't matter you know you could spend $30 on a pie and our phenomenal but again disabled children one person working we're on a tight budget this right here is helping us survive and be a family so God bless Little Caesars and all the corporate Americas running it and bless the employees and the quality of their food I promise you I know money I know food and I know quality and quantity Little Caesars hand down guys there's nothing in America or anywhere else I can beat it right now not Domino's not Papa John's nobody y'all so kudos to them and please do not raise your prices otherwise my comments would be null and void it's the quality the taste in the price that have blown my mind away and thank you for helping America live and eat on this crazy inflating economy of groceries and food. Sadly this place has REALLY gone down hill! Anytime you try to call ahead, no one answers the phone. I have tried to call several times, and on different days & NOTHING! When I ask them about why they are not answering their phone, they tell me that they are shorthanded. Really… It’s not hard to answer a phone at a location that has no customers?

However, today really took the cake. I ordered a Hot & Ready pepperoni pizza thru the drive thru (since they don’t answer their phones) & was expecting it to take no time. Unfortunately I had to wait behind someone, who I guess was waiting for their pizza to be cooked. So, after waiting almost 15 min, they finally got their order & drove away. I pulled up to the window, but no one was there. I waited & waited. After almost 10 min, someone came to the window looking very confused. I told him that I had ordered a pepp pizza almost 25 min ago through the drive thru. He stared for a bit & then asked me if I had driven away & then come back…ummm, no! But, he clearly had! I’m extremely disappointed with the abysmal customer service I experienced at Little Caesar’s at this location. I waited at the counter for 30 minutes without a single employee acknowledging my presence. The complete lack of attention was shocking—there were so many customers, and we stood there ignored, with staff walking by without so much as a glance in my direction.

Finally, after half an hour, the new manager approached me. Instead of apologizing for the absurd wait, they simply pointed out that I was at the wrong location—apparently, there’s another Little Caesar’s on the same street. While I understand that mistakes happen, it’s the staff’s job to assist customers, not to leave them standing unattended for half an hour. A simple acknowledgment or a quick check could have spared me this frustrating experience.

This level of service is completely unacceptable, and I would strongly recommend thinking twice before choosing this location. Little Caesar’s should be ashamed of how poorly their customers...
