This is just an appalling experience from beginning to end. Not only do they not have ANY parking (you need to have a $5 bill to park behind the restaurant or pay $10-$15 via phone to park across the street for the privilege of eating here), but the service is completely questionable and the price is insane. There is a 15% gratuity added for no reason which can be seen from other reviews. When we were getting our food, the waiter didn't really care that we had absolutely no room to put anything down on the table, to the point where our table was comically overcrowded with empty plates. We were making it pretty obvious that there wasn't any room for the next plates to put down but our determined server found a way to haphazardly balance these extra dishes there anyways. Only after asking him to maybe get the excess empty plates out of there did he make the effort. If it was busy or something I'd get the inattention, but we were quite literally the only people there (this is not an exaggeration, we almost didn't go in because there were 0 people inside). Afterwards we had the delight of listening to the weird lightshow that they have installed on the ceiling. I don't mean that we listened to music and watched the digital lights dance, I literally mean that we listened to the mechanical whirring of the lights in a completely silent restaurant because someone else used their Spotify account that was hooked up, so it completely stopped all music. I'm glad they dropped parking so that they could afford that Spotify Premium. The food was actually pretty good and I wish I could say that's where my focus was, but wow this value is incredibly bad. I got 2 appetizers, 2 entrees, 2 beers and 1 sushi plate which added up to $100 without tip. For that price, I could've gone to an actually upkept place with parking, music and decent service, which is apparently too much to ask for when coming here. I wish I could've read the reviews and known there was a mandatory 15% gratuity, so tipping makes no sense whatsoever. I've never felt more scammed by a restaurant in my life, and I've eaten in Vegas. In summary, I paid $15 to have the privilege of paying $100+ for probably some of the most depressing atmosphere, lackluster service and predatory pricing I've seen in a restaurant in years. The food itself, while good, can be purchased for half the price for double the experience of what this place could offer.

Came in after an appointment at the courthouse. It’s in a good location for that and cheap parking nearby. The interior is updated and has windows to the streets on two sides but there’s not much of a view since it’s off the main tourist strip but still nearby. As for the food, I ordered the Panang Curry with chicken. It was actually really good, though maybe a little thinner of a curry than I normally like. The flavors were solid - I wasn’t asked what spice level I wanted but it came out a solid medium which is what I prefer. Medium may be too hot for some, but it wasn’t so spicy that it masked the flavors. Came with steamed rice and adding that in the curry thickened it up nicely. I had a water. Walked out paying under $20 with a 20% tip. The review about the tip being on the ticket wasn’t the case in my experience, in fact I didn’t even see the option to tip (on the machine) until I asked and the waitress showed me another screen. Most dishes seemed to be in the $15-20 range which is about what I expected downtown in a tourist and courts area. I came in and there were about 6 tables sat around 12:30pm on a Monday. So not terribly busy and there was only one server, but she did great rotating through the customers and getting food out fast, with a smile and a good attitude. I probably spent a total of 30 minutes seated and was able to get on with my day. Recommended. 5 stars for quality and service compared to price and the location.

I haven't felt the need to review something for years, but I felt the need to warn others away. Untrained waitstaff (not their fault, but I knew more about the menu than them after waiting awhile to order, english was difficult for them as well) Understaffed: 2 Indian wait staff ran around like crazy trying to understand guests while running food and trying to remember drinks. Honestly, if you like people watching, just post up and watch the cluster unfold. The manager or chef is directing them without helping, and they have no clue what to do. Food portions: Small, my large bowl of soup was a normal small size Food quality: I ordered fried viet rolls and a tom kha total of $20. The fried rolls had nothing in them but residual cabbage and chicken particles. The soup had flavor in the broth but was missing substance and quantity. Wait: Longggg, even if the restaurant is not full expect to wait for your food, get your appetizer after your entry and never get your beer you ordered upon sitting down. Recommendation: Skip do not give it a chance. To the owner: Take a closer look at what the consumer wants in a restaurant. Learn from your failings, I hope yall can turn things around.

This is the first time I have ever left a bad Google review however, I highly felt the need to given the situation. I ordered a Rainbow Roll and when the server came out she gave me a roll that didn't include all of the fish Rainbow Rolls. They normally come with white tuna, which was pictured on the menu. It also came with eel sauce and spicy mayo, which I had asked for on the side. As the server gave me the roll, her arm touched it and she tried to play it off until I pointed to her arm, that had sauce on it, and asked her if she had touched the roll. She pushed the one roll aside and had said she would get me an additional roll, instead of taking it back and fixing it. I had told my server this wasn't what I ordered (i.e., it was missing white tuna which is the reason why it's the most expensive roll they serve and had sauce on it) and she tried to argue with me. Eventually I told her I would just stick with my appetizer and didn't want the roll anymore since they did not have white tuna in the store. Later the manager came over, apologized and said I could just have the roll. After the roll was gifted to me by the manager, I decided to eat it so it wouldn't go to waste. As I was eating it, the owner came over and explained to me why they didn't have the correct ingredients to make the roll. As the check came out they charged me for the roll. I told my server that the manager took the roll off my check. The server tried to argue with me and then brought the owner back over. The owner then proceeded to argue with me and stated "if you eat you pay". I told her that the manager told me I did not have to pay for the roll since it wasn't what I ordered and did not want the roll originally. Eventually, the owner told me that she wouldn't put it on my bill but was very agitated. The server and the owner attempted to make me feel bad by saying that my server would have to pay for it and when I paid my bill the server said "just don't click on the roll because I will have to pay for it". I used to come here for take out but I will not be coming back. Also, this was one of the worst Rainbow Rolls I've...

Where to begin with this place? Above all, the owner has no idea how to manage a restaurant when orders exceed the kitchen and waitstaff’s capacity to handle them. I don’t know this for sure but I don’t think they even have a sushi chef right now. Long story ahead, but the takeaway is that you should expect to wait a long time for your food, and to possibly not get everything you ordered.

Went last night with 3 friends. Service was slow but the waitstaff were kind and very apologetic. It was clear that they were doing their best to handle long wait times.

It took us a little time to put in our full order (I want to say about 20 minutes after we were sat, ~30 after we walked in the door) but after that, all of the non-sushi items arrived in a reasonable amount of time. Then our server walked away and we had to flag her down after another 15ish minutes. She told us that they wouldn’t be able to give us our sushi and that they were actually going to close early. Apparently management had been asking waitstaff to seat and take orders from anyone who walked in the door, even though to-go orders were backing up the kitchen.

At this point we got the owner/manager to come over. She threw excuse after excuse at us, saying that she hadn’t eaten all day and that they were really busy and it was hard to complete every order. As if those were good reasons to promise us 4 sushi rolls they could not make.

She refused to comp any of the items we received despite failing to make us a large portion of our order. Worse than that, she actually made us pay for all 4 sushi rolls THAT WE NEVER GOT. We only complied because we just wanted to find food somewhere else instead of continuing to argue. She also skipped the “Tip” button when my friend was paying, even though our server wasn’t responsible for the things that went wrong.

I’ll be surprised if this place is still open in a few years. The food is delicious but the management at this place will be its downfall unless they correct course ASAP. This was hands down the worst experience I have ever had at...
