This is more about how management runs their bartenders and servers. Yes I’m a mom and yes I am upset my daughter put her two weeks in did everything the right way the reason why she put her two weeks in is because of one of the managers is gonna tell you who it is her name is Emily she was rude to my daughter always picking on her Always ride on her tail and my daughter is a very hard worker you can ask any job she’s ever had her last day is was going to be tomorrow she comes in today and Emily told her she has to go home because her hair is not A natural color as a matter fact a customer even said what they’re sending you home because of that I’m telling you to me that’s just this manager that’s just out to make her life miserable and she doesn’t just do it to my daughter she does it to everybody I don’t even know why they hired her you know I hear from other people how much of a great worker Sam is but she puts her two weeks in and nobody fight for her just goes to show you that you’re just a number and I feel very sad for my daughter because she went out of her way above and beyond at this job and for Emily to tell her to go home like that for her last two days is childish she could’ve just pulled over and talked to...

The views and overall concept were fantastic, but unfortunately, our dining experience fell short. Our food was not the tastiest, and we’re not sure what went wrong in the kitchen. It arrived 1 hour and 20 minutes late, and surprisingly, I was served a boiled prime rib for $35 with a poor presentation and side-something I’ve never encountered before.

We arrived at 9 PM expecting to spend about an hour dining and then visit the deck, which we had purchased tickets for in advance. Unfortunately, due to the delay, we didn’t get the chance to enjoy the deck experience.

I do want to acknowledge that our server was genuinely concerned about the delay and kindly offered us a round of drinks and some sliders on the house. While I really appreciated the gesture, everything arrived at the same time, which didn’t quite help the overall flow of the evening.

I understand that things don’t always go as planned, and I truly appreciate the staff’s effort to make it right. That said, I do think the menu could benefit from a review to ensure better quality...

The restaurant was open, but the main building was under renovation so I understood the mess and smell. The tower was not spinning. Not a show stopper. We at around lunchtime and wasn’t busy. The waitress took a while and we would have to ask for everything instead or being asked if we needed anything. Would have to remind about something or would forget to bring. Never asked how the food was after. The appetizer took about 30 minutes and salad was a bit longer. The water tasted like out of a hose. The main course was fillet mignon. Was overcooked and dry. The steak sauce tasted weird and didn’t help with the dryness. The burger from the kids menu was overcooked, but tasted better than the steak. The lava cake was overcooked as well. Dominos lava cake would be better. They overcharged the food on the bill Va what was on the menu. The manager didn’t offer anything nor asked how everything was. Food was not anywhere near the price. Worst experience....

Went on a Sunday morning. Not all the amenities were open but it was quiet and we almost had the upper deck to ourselves. Staff were really friendly and nice. The views were amazing. You can see all of the City, The Astrodome and the Álamo. Outside was pretty windy but it still felt pretty safe. We also seen they have a really cool bar area on the way down. I’d like to go back for a drink. We bought the photos they took of us before going up. $35 for that which seemed ok as the guy did a good job. Good experience!
