There is a paved path up to it but the wings itself has stairs with no ramp access. Sometimes there’s festivals or events in the area as well so look up events for hemisfair park in advance because that could affect parking & a wait time for photos!

Cute little statue that's a bit away from tower of the Americas. There was no one else there when we went on a Friday night so we were able to take as many pics as we wanted. Looks really cool on 0.5x...
