Had a few rings resized. The work was good, but dealing with this business is incredibly frustrating.

The rings were completed well past when they promised they would be done, reaching and getting info from the employees is very, very difficult and every time you call you have to verify your identity over and over again because they are disorganized.

You repeat yourself constantly trying to speak with them because they are so distracted and disorganized. They will call you and not leave voicemails so you then have to call them again and go through all of the steps above again.

What’s more is the excuses they make about so and so being in a hospital, so and so having all of a sudden taken the day off, etc etc.

It is incredibly frustrating and compared to other vendors they are overpriced. Then when I picked up the rings and asked for a discount since they were several days late they told me they didn’t know I had dropped off white gold and had to pay their jeweler more money and were already losing money on this job.

How is this my problem? I don’t think it’s my job to quote the work and be profitable for you.
