This is my go-to place when I am too busy to cook. I have ordered delivery twice from this location; so far, so good! It takes 30 minutes or less for the food to get delivered to our home and both times I ordered, the delivery people were nice and friendly. Everything is packed well. No spills at all, very impressive considering there is soup. The food have a fair amount of serving. I first ordered shrimp with lobster sauce. I had a different type of lobster sauce in mind, so it did not really reach my expectation, but it was still tasty. I ordered sesame chicken for the kids, and they loved it. The second time I ordered, I tried the korean chap chae which was delicious, but too greasy. The crispy noodles is very good too; only .75c a small pack. I also ordered walnut shrimp, it was saucey with vegetables, I am not a fan and would prefer Panda Express' honey walnut shrimp. My daughter hates seafood, but she loves their fried calamari! The only thing I dislike is that since they use plastic containers for food delivery you could see how greasy/oily the food are, but overall I would recommend the food! My bill is usually around $30-$40 (delivery) tip included. UPDATE: I was finally able to dine in at this location for the first time. Very big and spacious. Cashiers and servers were friendly and corteous. Food is served within 5 minutes. I ordered the daily lunch menu which was Mongolian Beef at the time (Monday) that includes an egg roll and soup bar while my husband ordered the pepper steak. Food/serving is abundant, but sorry to say that everything we ordered were salty except for the kids meal chicken nuggets with fries. The sauce on the food are almost identical in flavor although they are different entreés. To sum it up, this place is quantity over quality :( but I would rather eat here for $10 than in Mcdonalds.

We came here for the first time, January 7th and had dinner. Half way thru eating the Beef Fried Rice, we found a screw in the rice! I immediately took the container to the counter and spoke with the manager. She was surprised, apologized and gave us a option of a newly cooked Beef Fried Rice or a refund. We took the refund. How does this happen? Someone could have choked on the screw, broke a tooth, poked a hole in the tongue or gum. We also ordered Cashew Chicken, but they did not add any cashews. I took that container to the manager and she asked the cook and he said they were out of cashews and said she didn't know that. I asked if the cook knew then why didn't he tell anyone and why did he cook the dish without cashews and not tell anyone. One of the styrofoam cups we were given for our drinks had what looked like a dead squashed bug on the inside. We asked for a new cup, but they didn't seem to care. Outside temperature was 41 degrees and it was very cold in the dining area. I asked if the heater was working and if they could turn it on. The girl said yes and she then went to turn it on. Why wouldn't they have the heat on when it is so cold outside? The place wasn't very clean as other reviews stated. The other food was ok. Based on our visit today, we won't come back.

I found dim sum place near my house! I'm Thai with Chinese descent. Growing up, my family and I usually go to eat dimsum, especially on Chinese new year, the whole family on my dad's side come together to eat. We always go to the best places in Bangkok Thailand. Now I'm in Texas. Sometime I want to eat dim sum so I gave Wok-in a try. And let me tell you, I thought I was back in Thailand and ate with my family. Been to some places but the taste was off (to my Thai-Chinese tongue). My favorite dim sum always a "Shrimp" shumai. And here they really give you shrimps! Other dishes are good too.. Shrimp ha-goa, chicken feet, pork rib, pork boa bun, roasted duck. Only dish that I think they can do better is soup dumpling (xiao-long-pao). The AYCE price comes with soda and hot tea. The service was excellent. Everyone is nice and they sure do their jobs. I really recommend you come here for Dim sum. You won't be disappointed 😁

If I could give zero (or negative) stars, I would. We just got Uber Eats delivered from here, and while we have come to understand San Antonio "Chinese" food is not good, on the whole, we still expect certain flavors, textures, and consistencies. This hit NONE of those wickets.

The hot and sour soup was some inedible, bland, thick, spicy brown goo. I like spicy, but this tasted rancid and awful. I didn't try it, but my daughter said the nuclear yellow egg drop soup was also trash. We threw all the soup away.

My wife ordered her meal with white rice, but got fried rice, though, the cheap, awful steamed rice was probably worse (we know good rice, my wife is Filipina, my sister-in-law is Japanese, we have had good Asian rice all over the world....this hard, cheap, over-cooked steamed rice was inedible). My Mongolian Beef was NOTHING like ANY other Mongolian Beef I've had all over the country (and world) - and not in a good way. The flavors were off, the meat was cheap, which is fine, but it didn't even have the wok cooked sear with a touch of flame flavor, I can't even describe how poorly this was executed, it wasn't even in the realm of anything anyone, ANYWHERE would consider "Mongolian" - even by American standards. It just tasted outright BAD.

My picky eater daughter said her teriyaki beef (they called and said they were out of the chicken, somehow, so we had to swap) was good...though in reality this is probably a bad review, too, since she only likes mostly flavorless, bland foods.

All in all, we at least know to never go back. It was terrible in a sea of mediocre, at best, Chinese restaurants in the area (Sichuan House being a notable standout for being not only authentic, but good) - but at least those mediocre ones have good and identifiable flavors, and resemble their traditional foods. This was WAY off, and not in a good way.

I'm thankful the cheese rangoons (an American invention) were pretty good (edible at least) or I'd still be hungry, because I threw most of the food out. What a waste of 60 bucks. San Antonio deserves better Chinese places all around, but this one should simply not exist. It...

Dear Management

I am writing to express my deep disappointment with the recent experience my family and I had at your establishment.

I had placed an order for seven lemon chicken dinners with additional items, amounting to a significant bill of over $100. Unfortunately, upon receiving our order, I was dismayed to find that not a single lemon sauce was included with the dinners, despite having specifically ordered them.

In my effort to address this oversight, I reached out to speak with Pam, the manager on duty. While she conveyed her apologies for the inconvenience, I was taken aback by the lack of viable resolution presented. The suggestion to return to the restaurant to collect the missing items, essentially requiring us to make an additional trip, did not align with the level of service I anticipated, particularly given my extensive background in customer service for over 12 years.

I must express that this response was subpar, falling far below the standard of service that I believe your establishment is capable of providing. As a patron, I anticipated a more effective and accommodating resolution to rectify this issue. I value open communication and efficient customer service, and regrettably, this experience has not upheld those expectations.

I am sharing this feedback with the hope that it will serve as an opportunity for improvement and a chance to enhance the quality of service you offer. I sincerely hope that future patrons do not encounter similar disappointments.

Thank you for taking the time to consider my feedback. I look forward to a resolution that reflects the high standards I believe your establishment can achieve.

Best...
