I have to begin saying food and coffee at Starbucks are always good. My disappointment at this particular Starbucks is the loud noise from all the traffic that makes it impossible to listen and to talk to the cashier who's taking your order. What upset me was her attitude. She took my order wrong. I ordered a couple of sandwiches, two pastries, a venti americano, a grande caramel Frappuccino, and a grande regular coffee. I ended up with two sandwiches, one pastry, and my three coffees plus a tall pumpkin spice coffee. I told her I didn't order a pumpkin spice coffee. She gave me an attitude and told me that I had ordered the pumpkin spice coffee. I said No, you got that wrong," she continued to argue. The drive thru was busy, and I didn't want it to hold the line just for a coffee. She had already charged me. She handed me the coffees, not a very good manner. the lid on one of the coffes wasn't put on right. I ended up burning my hand. I worked most of my life doing restaurant management, and I know it could be very challenging at times, but we need to compose ourselves and do our jobs. Arguing with a customer is the worst thing you can do. I do not know if she was having a bad...
Read moreOk. New review. Starbucks employees on Tippecanoe. You have to stop being sloppy. Now I know what the dirty cups mean, but I need a former and enlightened sbux employee to confirm that they give nasty cups for a few r reasons: 1. The customers order was too complicated--for the barista. 2. You don't tip. Today I ordered a grande caramel macchiato with whip cream, an extra shot, and made with oat milk. Not complicated right? The order taker was clearly confused and had to ask me to repeat my order which I didn't mind, seriously. I tipped $1 because let's face it, I don't know whonthe heck I'm tipping and I didn't receive tip worthy service. BUT because I ordered a bratty macchiato, I thought at least a $1 was fine. I remained polite throughout the entire encounter, and this is the way my cup comes back (see pictures). And had the NERVE to write "enjoy" on the cup. It's sad because the old review from probably 2 years ago, which I left hear, still shows a sloppy cup. Ugh. Take some pride in your job or find another one don't ruin my experience.
OLD REVIEW: But WHY do you have to present such nasty cups??? Why...
Read moreThe customer service at this specific starbucks was absolutely disgusting. I ordered a frappe chino, a BLENDED pink drink and a sandwich. The lady at the register just was not listening to me, she was ignoring me while i was ordering and did not get my order correct. i was VERY specific, saying i would like my pink drink blended but it seemed like she couldn’t understand like, she wasn’t getting it. she messed up the order and continuously rolled her eyes at me and my dad. We weren’t doing anything wrong, we were kind and respectful. she had to go tell the person making drinks to change my drink to blended, once i recieved my drink the girl that handed it to me didn’t even say anything along the lines of “here’s your drink! have a good day” no. it was just “JuSt sO yOu kNow We ChArGe ExTra For BlenDed DriNks” like.. okay? we already paid for it whilst her co worker (the lady at the register that we ordered our drinks from messed up our order, it’s not our fault!) like sorry for not paying your extra damn 50 cents. i am furious, they do NOT deserve a job...
