Pulled up to the drive through to order a waffle cone and a banana royale, initially the voice in the box was polite and helpful. Then the voice changed and so did the attitude. WOW, I requested to speak to the polite and kind original employee only to be told no and what come do I want, the flat bottom one or the pointed one. I have 4 children and decided it’s easier to get them ice cream through a drive thru rather than walk into cold stone after a long day. The young woman who took our order was extremely nice and helpful. The problem was 3 out of 4 children’s ice cream had HAIR in it. That is unacceptable and quite frankly, disgusting. I don’t know how 3 hairs can get into 3 different scoops of ice cream, but I will certainly not go back and prefer going to cold stone rather than experience this health code...

This location has horrible customer service. Dirty location with no attention to customers from its staff. I have given them several chances, and every time, they do not have bananas for a banana split. They have been saying for the past year that there is a banana shortage. Yet, I drive to the W. Point Loma location, and it's clean, great customer service, and guess...
