Bobby's Pizza — Restaurant in San Diego

I walked in here because I thought my Padres game was on a Saturday and not Sunday. Duh, I’m a bit hungry and saw this place.

Looked nice on the inside so I walked in a took a seat. I didn’t know I had just walked into the BEST PIZZA I have ever had. I opted for 2 slices or cheese and a beer, a bit more than 20 bucks. Pretty fair to me.

The crust, my words don’t do it justice. There’s the crunch of NYC pizza with the perfect foldability that makes for the true experience. Beer was decently priced, they had bottle and draft.

There are 3 large TVs for sports, the rider cup was on but I was really looking for college football. Without asking the owner (I assume) approached and asked me if there was anything I wanted to watch.

Awesome. Cincinnati and KU.

I talked to the owner and he takes great pride in his craft and I say craft because writing this is making me hungry. His pizza is beautiful. He told me he imports his ingredients including flour from Italy.
