Burger King — Restaurant in San Diego

I love whoppers,onion rings and shakes. This BK was slow and the hispanic employees, which were all of the shift on duty, made jokes about my hair in a very messy bun on top of my head nd my friends acne on her chin. We had no makeup on n had just gotten done with a massage. Little did they know, i speak and understand spanish. Boy were they surprised when i told them theyd apparently gotten their attitudes at the same place they obviously purchased their makeup nd accessories.. ON THE CLEARANCE AISLE OF WALMART!! I said this to them, including the shift supervisor who also took part of the cutdowns... In perfect spanish. Ive contacted Corporate Headquarters to file a complaint. Seems to be happening moreand more. Rude customer swrvice, slams in spanish and not giving correct change or correct orders. Metro PCS at City Collwge and at 12th and Imperial Trolley station are known for lying to customers to get commission. It happened to myself and my fiancee. If the hispanics want to work here in the US, i for one feel that EVERYONE they come into contact with should be treated with respect. I am not racial and i dont care where u come from. Its your heart that counts. I DO HAVE A SEVERE PROBLEM WITH BURGER KING AND MANY OTHER PLACES HIRING STAFF THAT SPEAK IN SPANISH, TRASHING THE CUSTOMERS WHO MAKE THEIR PAYCHECKS BY BUYING THEIR PRODUCTS. IF THIS IS ANYONES IDEA OF GOOD CUZTOMER SERVICE MY SUGGESTION IS CLOSE UP SHOP ND GO BACK TO SCHOOL... ONLY WHEN YOUVE LEARNED TO NOT CALL US STUPID GRINGOS WILL U GET MY BUSINESS OR ANYONE I KNOW IF I CAN HELP IT. THIS WAS TOTAL B.S. AND I HOPE IF UVE READ MY COMMENTS ON PRIOR BUSINESSES, U REALIZE I DONT PULL RACE IN. IT DOESNT AFFECT ME. UNTIL NOW ND IM NOT UGLY BY ANY STRETCH OF IMAGINATION. MY FRIEND, COME TO FIND OUT HAD A BACTERIAL INFECTION CAUSING THE OUTBREAK. WE ARE SMART, ATTRACTIVE PROFFESSIONAL WOMEN WHO ARE SLIM ND NOONE DESERVES TO BE SLAMMED LIKE WE WERE. IN A LANGUAGE MANY DONT UNDERSTAND. THIS IS THE 3RD TIME IN LESS THAN 2 MONTHS ND I HEAR NASTY COMMENTS ON A DAILY TURNING ON OTHER PEOPLE. ONE DAY SOON THESE CULPRITS WILL LOSE THE JOBS HERE IN THE US ND HAVE TO GO BACK TO MEXICO TO WORK FOR $160 DOLLARS A MONTH. YES A MONTH!! THEN THEY MAY UNDERSTAND THAT THE US HAS ALWAYS ACCEPTED OTHER COUNTRIES AS EQUALS. ITS MORONIC BITING THE HAND THAT FEEDS YOU. I FOR ONE HAVE ZERO TOLERANCE FOR IDIOTS WHO NEED EDUCATION THE TOUGH WAY... ENOUGH SAID. I WILL NEVER GO TO A BURGER KING IF THERE ARE MORE THAN 2 HISPANICS ON SHIFT. MY SUGGESTION IS WHEN THEY R AT WORK IN THE US, TO SPEAK ENGLISH... WHEN IN ANOTHER COUNTRY, AT LEAST BE RESPECTFUL ND IF POSSIBLE SPEAK THE NATIVE LANGUAGE. IT CAN CAUSE CHAOS IN WAYS YOU WILL NEVER...

These folks have forgotten customer service and what that means. Rude supervisors tapping on the restroom door pretending they need to use it but actually just harassing the customers almost as soon as they close the door behind them. I think she said her name was Miriam. Lucy who may be the manager is usually very professional but has given into the petty, judgemental attitude that permeates this place. We went in and sat down first to lighten our load and pull out our money before ordering, and this girl, dressed like a supervisor, I'd never seen her before , immediately, came all the way from the kitchen asking whether we would be making a purchase or not. All we needed was a chance to collect ourselves and decide what we would be eating. Surprisingly, we decided to go to del taco across the street. Burger King must have so many customers, that they can afford to run a couple off. No big deal.! Maybe the supervisors have a lot of time on their hands? It's a shame. The young Lilly kicks out customers who have a dog because they don't have papers to prove it to be a service animal. Which is a violation of the Americans with disabilities act I think and probably illegal! Now, Miss Lucy (fearless leader) refuses to give me more than 5 creamers and sugars for my coffee! Do you think maybe she worries about my health? Can you say "holy," you're not my mama!", Batman!"? that was why I told Lucy, ahead of time, at the register that I was going to want extra cream and sugar so she could go ahead and charge me the extra pidilly 5cents for each cream/sugar requested above the allotted amount of 4 and 4! Wow I get the impression that I'm not welcomed or valued here at the BK on 11th Avenue! Or is it just me? Hmmm... Maybe McDonald's is a good place to go for coffee and breakfast? How about Del Taco? Update March 2019...😕 After months of being harassed by the managers whenever I go to use the bathroom, I am banned from the Burger King! My crime? Taking approx 15-20 minutes to use the bathroom. They constantly pound on the door whenever they know I've gone into the restroom... The managers have a lot extra timeon their hands if they gave if NC pooh v+'lol S PTheir hands...

No restrooms! How do people wash their hands before they eat??? GROSS!!! VERY unsanitary and unhealthy. In fact, a HUGE health hazard that the city needs to look into.

No refills (yes, you pay 2.99 for your small cup full of ice/8 ounces of coke) 2 Morning management is inept, rude, liars, and unpleasant... corporate and the health department need informed. They RE-FRY food! Those RUBBERY french toast sticks that were sitting around for an hour? Yep, right back in the fryer! Oh yeah, if you like fermented/upcycled tomatoes and lettuce on your Whopper, come here!!! The place hasn't been cleaned/detailed in years. Did I mention NO RESTROOMS? People come in touching EVERYTHING (in a restaurant) with their dirty, germy hands! Then eat too!!??? Can you say SERIOUS HEALTH CODE VIOLATION??

By law, EVERY eat-in restaurant needs a BATHROOM for consumers to use!! Lucy is especially culpable and is a bad manager who discriminates, manages emotionally, and verbally abuses customers regularly. She must go. Shut the place down.

Imagine all the 1-star reviews people must have, that HAVEN'T even posted them! This BK is a 2-star restaurant, management, cold food, wrong orders, and an UNHEALTHY, UNSAFE dine-in atmosphere makes it ONE STAR.. why do you think McDonald's next door takes in TWICE the revenue!!
